I bought this large heating pad for my fiancée to help with her period cramps, and it has been a great purchase. It provides excellent warmth and comfort, making a real difference in easing the pain. The quality is great, and it heats up quickly. Highly recommend!

The first time I received the product and it didn’t work so had to order for return and replace. They sent it again and the same thing it didn’t work. Now when I am putting a replacement it is showing that the item is out of stock. No one is answerable for my problem. I want a refund but it doesn’t show refund process at all. It is useless and hopeless quality product which doesn’t work and no refund process available.

When I ordered it,they have given a defective piece .The power switch was not working.I immediately asked for a replacement, which was really fast.Now the present device works and I have found it quite useful.Mind you ,it gives a gentle constant heat at the highest setting,which is quite comfortable.But the cable is a useless one.You need to use an adapter to fit well,otherwise it's loose and keeps coming out of the power socket. On the whole it's a good product.But not sure how long it will last.Planning to buy one more to gift to my mother.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the XL Heating Pad and I'm very happy with it. It's great for sore muscles, back pain, menstrual cramps and other aches and pains. The size is perfect for larger areas of the body and the heat settings are easy to customize. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the cord is long enough to reach any outlet. The auto shut-off feature is a great safety precaution, and you can adjust the heat to the exact temperature you need. I've tried other heating pads before, but this XL Heating Pad is far superior. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the pad and doesn't get too hot in one spot. I can easily adjust the heat settings as needed and turn it off when I'm finished. There are 9 different setting to get the perfect heat. Overall, I highly recommend this Heating Pad. It's an excellent product for anyone who needs relief from muscle aches or chronic pain. The size is great for larger areas of the body, and the heat settings are adjustable to your exact needs. The timer is a great safety feature and the soft fabric is very plush and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Length much smaller... as lot of its grid not workingSoft clothThe controller gets heated up sometimes but it's OK.Not easy to clean.. or I guess can't be cleaned?1 more thing in timer is that, suppose you start with a 6 on temp, and then switch to 2, the timer restarts which I found not useful and difficult to work with, but others may or may not like.

Just received a product that doesn't work when plugged in. This was needed for medically needed pain relief. Hoping the replacement sent is good, if so I'll update here but I am not thrilled at the delay
