Tough tape is nothing without the adhesive to match.
This tape was purchased to bond sanding belts back together. The tape itself is EXTREMELY tough. But withouth an adhesive to match, that doesn't matter. I used Superglue on the sanding belt's leading edge in conjunction with the tape. So far that has worked. Belt hasn't separated yet. I don't think the tape itself will EVER break. Just needs adhesive backing to match.

Excellent on pressure feet
I sew a lot of vinyl and faux leather bags. This tape is prefect to add to the bottom of my pressure feet. Very easy to apply and shape to the foot using a X-acto knife. My vinyl glides along without hesitation.

For MY application, it works!
The Teflon surface IS slippery and the adhesive surface has a lot of "tack". One has to be aware that there is a "grain" to the tape, which is PARALLEL to how the tape comes off the roll. If you orient the Teflon surface along the WIDTH of the tape (i.e., perpendicular to the "feed direction") it won't "slide" as much.Otherwise, I do recommend this stuff.10/20/24 UPDATE: I have observed the Teflon coating DOES "WEAR OFF" if subjected to "friction". This does not lessen my "Overall rating" score, it just means one must be aware that, depending on the amount/duration of any "friction" the tape experiences, occasional REPLACEMENT of the tape is required. Therefore, be sure to have an EXTRA roll (or more) on-hand for those "replacement repairs". :)

A Lifesaver for My Vacuum Sealer
My vacuum sealer was on the fritz! The bags weren't sealing properly, and I was worried I'd have to replace the entire machine. Luckily, I discovered the AIYUNNI Teflon Tape and tried it before investing in a new sealer. Replacing the old, worn-out tape was easy, and now my vacuum seals like new!
