I started small with a couple pills just to make sure that my stomach could handle.
I'm 70 years old I feel much better when I'm taking 10 to 15 of these pill form spirulina algaes and this is the highest quality that I could find in the fact that they only grow it in and closed systems in freshwater so no Mercury or other nasty toxins.. I have no aches no pains I can bend over and put my fingers on the ground and I sleep like a baby I can tell when I run out for more than a week which has happened maybe it's psychosomatic maybe it's Placebo Factor all I know is I feel a lot better and if it works I'm staying with it and it does and I am

Spirulina Energy Bits
The tablets are small so it's easy to take as many as you want. I am taking 15 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon.The nice smooth energy was easy for me to notice since I have issues with fatigue. These tablets gave me a nice sustainable energy all day. It was great. I just started taking them. I'm looking forward to the mitochondria benefits and improvements that I may see in a month or so.

CAREFUL - TRY ONLY 1 PILL to start - DON'T TAKE 10-30!!! These are very very strong & shocked they say to take 10-30 at a time?!!?! 1 pill made me very jittery & it did suppress my appetite. Will be doing 1/2 next time & take at different times if the day. So worried about people reading these instructions...please be careful!!!

Hide from cats
Truth is I never got to tr them. My wonderful cat, Basil, thought I ordered them for him and at them all. I really don't think they improved his energy or shiny coat. But was a little pricey for a cat treat. 🐈
