Q: Do they have a 16 mm ferrule crimp? What is the largest size?

The kit does not contain them but the largest one you can buy is for cables upto 150mm but you would have to get a crumpet that could do that

Q: does it crimp down to 0.25mm for alarm cable

Yes they are suitable for that kind of job.

Q: I am used to the cheaper tools which have different holes for different size ferules. How is the tool adjusted for different size ferules?

Hi there, This one uses a self-centering chuck mechanism which closes on any size ferrule. I found this one excellent and would not go back to the cheaper type, way better!

Q: What voltage rated are the ferrules?

Electricians use these to extend cables when upgrading mains boards ( consumer units ) so they will be rated at 240 volts .
