These dehydrator sheets worked great for drying cantalope and Korean melons. The fruit on trays with these sheets dried faster that those with parchment paper. I will be ordering more when these are gone. I also have been able to use the sheets more than one time each by turning them over.

Makes clean up effortless. I use these for beef jerky. Doesn't affect the drying times at all. Jerky is evenly dry on all sides.

Would prefer if the sheets were in a flat carton rather than loose. It’s hard to keep them corralled in my drawer.
