Yes. Once the network is back up, the data will automatically sync with the cloud software. Everything can be done on it and no need to operate it on the machine.

Is downloading reports easy? Can I integrate these reports into my financial software?

You can directly download the report from the cloud software, which will automatically tally up the clock-in hours. You can then integrate this data into your financial software.

Do I need to buy additional RFID card?

Every time clock comes with two RFID cards included. Should you need more, you can buy extras of our brand.

Is it possible to set the time clock to Spanish?

Of course. Our time clocks offer language options in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
