Chromebook good condition and working fine. Is refurbished so time will tell if it lasts. Price was reasonable. However, seller sent it with an ac charger that did not work. I had 2 others but still.

I bought the Dell Chromebook 11 3100 for work and everyday browsing, and it’s been great. The 11.6-inch touchscreen is responsive and makes it easy to navigate. It’s lightweight and sturdy, so I can take it anywhere without worry. The performance is decent for web browsing, emails, and streaming, though it’s not meant for heavy multitasking. Storage is limited at 32GB, but I mainly use cloud storage, so it’s not an issue. Overall, a reliable and affordable Chromebook that meets my needs perfectly.

A great value! Durable, lightweight, great battery life and very fast and peppy browsing, streaming and processing in general. This was a replacement for our broken laptop and after this we realized a laptop is really too much Horsepower for the non-business related tasks we do. Paired with a USB drive, we can back up anything in the cloud or locally.

The functionality and set up is very good. Some apps have to be in landscape or portrait mode to view/use it. I’m giving 4 stars because the laptop works pretty great so far.(I’ve only had it since September 8th ,2025)Also there will be updates until 2029 which is helpful. However the model year claims to be 2022 and it actually is a 2019. And I’d rather have 3 year old computer than a 6 year old one , especially since that’s what I paid for.

I received 2 of these laptops for my boys for Christmas. I had to return both of them. One camera didn't work and the other the touchscreen didn't work.

We bought this for our daughter. She loves Chromebooks because of her experience with them at school, so she requested a Chromebook for Christmas instead of a PC. I wasn't expecting much of anything out of this thing because I knew the price that I paid. I was sooooo wrong. I purchased it in "Excellent Condition" and it lives up to that. It looks brand new in every way. It also came significantly earlier than expected. I would recommend the seller any day. In terms of performance, I've tested out some of her favorite apps. It's more than capable of any streaming service, and it was able to run some of the most difficult Roblox games without issue. It does take a little longer to load some things, but that was expected. The touchscreen is very accurate and responsive. The screen also folds back completely, giving a tablet option (if you're looking for that). Honestly, I'm so excited to give this to her. Now that I know it's not a "well this is the best we could do" kind of thing, I'm confident that she'll be in love with it. If you're on the market for a budget Chromebook with good performance, just trust that this has all of the things you'll need. It had already froze up on me

So, I was looking for a smaller computer to use at work; my other computer is also a chromebook and works great but I wanted something smaller. A lot of co-workers were buying very expensive small computers, I didn’t want to pay a lot. The price was under 95 dollars its renewed, but its simply a great little computer. I need it to access a simple online program at work, thats it. It does the job and on my break , I can watch videos or surf the internet. It’s user friendly, it doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it can fold into a tablet. You can also add any keyboard in case you want to add color or lights to your pc. I highly recommend this product. The amount of storage and all the other fancy computer terms , don’t know but semi understand just have to be taken into consideration to see if it meets your needs. As for me, it happens to be my go to pc now even at home, its sturdy and I just love the size and for this price the resolution for watching videos is not bad at all. I am truly enjoying it and so far the battery life is simply perfect, as far as the sound quality its great but if you like louder audio you can use a bluetooth speaker. As for the weight it says 3.1 pounds but I really don’t feel it cuz I carry it on my backpack and it doesn’t strain my shoulders at all. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

No lead or plug came no instructions some keys would not do what they were supposed to do, sorry but rubbish
