*UPDATE* 7 months since purchase, thee remain the best bluetooth sports headphones I have bought and at a very reasonable price. No problems at all. I got it right after 3 attempts!I have bought these for use at the gym and for running - they are the latest in a long line of products bought for this purpose and so far the ones I like the best.They stay in, believe me - this is a massive plus point! The only previous set that did this is no longer madeThey are comfortableThey are not too bulky meaning they don't bounce about due to inertiaThe set up was easy, paired with my iPod straight awaySound quality is perfectly acceptable given the use I put them toI haven't had them long enough to report whether or not they survive the rigours of their work. Two previous sets have died within a fortnight. Different manufacturer but I suspect using the same electronics given that the voice prompts are identical

I have held off reviewing these for a few weeks whilst I give them a good and fair trial.Having had issues (faults and poor quality from other manufacturer's products) I was wary about these too.My overall rating of four stars comes from my own experience based on quality of product, fit for described purpose and considered thought. My rating over the past few weeks has swung from 5 to 3 and finally settled on 4 as perhaps my own physicality plays a role in their not quite right end result.To be completely fair for the price paid - full at the time of sale at £22.95 these are a great pair of earphones and had I not been a sports nut I would not hesitate to award them 5 stars..IF all I wanted was a cracking sounding pair of earphones. However, I am a sports nut and was seeking a wireless, sweatproof set of earphones to wear whilst working out in the gym and out on my runs. Before I get to that, for the benefit of people looking for an easy to set up, use and enjoy in a non-stress, non-testing environment i.e. for enjoying music at home, doing chores, in the garden etc these ARE brilliant. Buy them...seriously. The handy zipped storage box is a great place to store them when not in use and as I said set up is easy with voice prompts during the process and in future connections where they are automatically picked up (on Android OS Samsung Note 4). The battery lasts for many hours, again unlike some others and a doddle to use once you get used to the button operation/s. Bluetooth connection is very good and unlike others I have not had drop outs/crackling/static when source is at my waist (running pouch). These are truly spanking in a non taxing use. Home and work/commuter users need look no further.They are very powerful and I am delighted to report that they more than exclude/drown out through raw volume any external noise including the damned awful music they play in the gym and even the gobby PT running the Spin class!! The last thing I want to hear when I'm working out with (especially when heavy) weights is a screeching voice or mega BPM techno :) Top marks to Tecevo for loud earphones! Not just loud though...loud, clear and punchy!However, for me I cannot seem to get the right ear bud size combination and so this is where my review turns critical for sports use. The above statements are based on (me) being upright, dry and having the earphones well placed in the ear. BUT when I lay down on a bench (ie Bench press) unless I make sure they are seated well before each set begins they WILL fall out. Big movements cause them to lose grip and out they pop. Alas, their biggest downfall for me is when I am out running. The pounding of the pavement / vibration through my body as I run dislodge the earphones from my ears every few steps regardless of which size buds I've tried. The over ear hooks are almost useless for anything other than catching the earphones from hitting the ground. The ear hooks are extremely soft and floppy, completely nonadjustable and totally ineffective in keeping the earphones in place. Not secure at all as described. This is incredibly frustrating in an otherwise super pair of earphones. Such a shame! Truly gutted. I will be keeping them though for all the positives I've given and the convenience of excellent wireless until I find the perfect running companion. Until then I'll use them in the gym but stick with my wired Pioneer earphones (which are rock solid and never let me down) for running.Service from supplier Digidirect was excellent. I have no affiliation with them and I paid the full price as already said. I am a Amazon Prime customer so I received next day as expected. Happy with their involvement.*** Update 25th Sept 2016 ***Ok for the benefit of those in search of wireless earphones that stay put during runs I have found them. I know this is a bit naughty on another product review but if, like me, you actually want earphones that stay in your ears and not just sound great when not exercising hard then take a look at Plantronics Backbeat Fit. I took the financial plunge as in my original review I was still searching for my perfect running companion and they're brilliant. I have to say they are not as loud or as punchy as the S4's and are more expensive but if sport is your thing then I'd recommend you go for them instead.

I was looking forward to using these earphones as they seemed to be what I needed when I was out running, the package arrived next day and I opened it. The earphones came in a protective box and I started to unpack them it was at this point I found the first issue, the zip on the round fabric bag they came in broke straight away. It did not unzip correctly and then wouldn't zip back up either, so I put them on charge and left them until fully charged. I also paired them to my phone which was straight forward and I had no complications, I tried them on and they where really comfortable and held in place, I listened to some music and it was really clear the controls were easy to control whilst you were still. I used them a couple more times and without any issues until they needed to be recharged, I used them after this recharge and it was then I noticed something wasn't right, the sound quality wasn't good and the battery went flat in less than 2 hours. I had been getting about 8 hours, I tried to recharge them but nothing happened. So I put them back in the packaging and sent them back, awaiting a refund.

Very pleasantly surprised by these. I mean, for twenty quid for bluetooth headphones you expect to be taking a bit of a gamble, but then again - it's only twenty quid. My opinion now is that this was money very well spent. The immediate impression I received from these was that although they are extremely cheap, somebody had actually taken a lot of care with the product. The packaging is pleasant, it makes an immediate good impression (with one caveat - on the book, 'Sport' is spelt 'Sprot.' And thus far this is my only criticism of the product!). The carry case is solid and an unexpected bonus. The phones have come with a respectable charge, although I guess this cannot be guaranteed. The sound quality is really very good; I am using them with an iPhone 6+ and spent a little time fiddling with the EQ value and settled on R&B, but that of course is a personal preference. The button functionality, given the size of the earpiece, is surprisingly good. Pairing was immediate. If I had wish list items they would be a slightly stiffer material for the over-the-ear loops (but again, this is entirely personal preference) and maybe an adjustable tie of some sort to enable the connecting cable to be looped a bit tighter, but these thoughts in no way detract from the impressive quality of the item. I think you could probably pay a great deal more money for wireless headphones for not much improvement in either design or sound quality. Well done Tecevo.
