THESE ARE BLUETOOTH
BE AWARE THESE ARE BLUETOOTH. I bought these as they state "wired technology" in the description. I will not wear bluetooth near my head. They were easy to use with the lightening cord and sound great, however, after wearing them for a few months I realized my bluetooth was on and turned it off. The phones stopped working . At that point I realized I had been misled. Apparently the wire is so that you don't have to charge to headphones and does not avoid the use of bluetooth. I went back to using an adapter and regular phones which isn't ideal but in my opinion safer. . I feel that stating wired technology is deceiving . If you DON'T WANT BLUETOOTH DO NOT BUY THESE.. I have since alerted family members and friends and they too have gone back to the adapter

Not great - Please read the reviews people
I never write reviews, but this purchase is so annoying that I just had to. Originally I saw the overall 4.5 star review and cheap price and went for it, but the 1 star reviews definitely have merit. Every time you plug these headphones in, it makes an extremely loud beep in the headphones and asks to connect to Bluetooth. It doesn’t automatically work like regular headphones of old. It also takes about 10-15 seconds to connect to your phone - so don’t expect to just plug in and go if you have an important call starting right in the moment (more on that in a moment). If you don’t play any sound through it for maybe 10 minutes it will disconnect (and you’ll have to plug it in and reconnect it again), and if you get a call it isn’t automatically set up as the main audio setting so you’d have to select it in the phone’s audio options so it can be used (nevermind that if you do this it doesn’t even work well so that people on the other end of the line can hear you). The most recent development is when walking with the headphones in, it’s begun to make crackling sounds every couple of seconds like that at the end of a record, and I haven’t had these headphones for more than a week yet. Find another alternative.
