Zuppe e creme di legumi, ortaggi e verdure realizzabili in pochi minuti e senza fatica. Ricettario abbastanza completo (è anche un’ottima base per creare ricette personalizzate). Consigliato per chi come me non ha molto tempo a disposizione ma vuole comunque mangiare sano.
