Love this Laptop, I give it a 9 of 10 in value
I bought this laptop despite some negative reviews, upon receiving my laptop I found it easy to set up, with the Cortana feature. I had added the office 365 option for $65 and it was already installed. I have noticed a little lag time in certain applications, however I've ordered a 512Gb memory card that I hope will correct this. Overall A fantastic product.... I'm very happy with this purchase.

Trackpad issues
It’s a decent laptop for price. Only got it for school and general web browsing, no complaints there. Trackpad doesn’t work 99% of the time. At times it’ll randomly jump around and open whatever when I try to move it and open something, but for the most part the pointer doesn’t move at all with the trackpad. I bought it used under “Excellent Condition,” I don’t mind using a mouse with it but definitely feel lied to here a bit. Trackpad should definitely be the thing that should work with no issue, or at least have the issue listed.

A used Gateway is still a used gateway, but these ppl got Good support and returns policy.
I knew i was buying a reconditioned gateway (never had good luck with gateway even new) but the price was very goof... Unfortunately the laptop I received was not configured properly and despite my years of PC experience could not be recovered. Yeah...It was reconditioned, stuff happens, the world isn't perfect... I get it. Yes, it was inconvenient and irritating, but 100% perfection 100% of the time is just not reality - its what you do about it when things do go wrong. This company sent me a prepaid FedEx shipping label and gave me a full refund - I wasn't out anything except a little time and irritation and they did their best to keep that to the absolute minimum.So my review is Minus 1 star for the oopsie in QC but major kudos for customer service.

Large screen and full size keyboard are great. Not so sure about Windows 10 in Microsoft’s S mode.

Battery Doesn't Charge
I love the laptop but the battery doesn't charge. Who inspected my laptop? I guess I'll be ordering a new battery
