This is very gentle. It doesn't make you rush like crazy to do your business, it's much more gentle and when you go you really do go, but in a good way. It just all comes out and you feel great.

Best feature: no after taste, small size, At night- pop in the little bugger, after dinner- with lots of water, let it brew & simmer, take care of business when the urge comes, and woo- hoo!!! Am on meds,do not want other chemical pills.Tips:-have not take senna for more than 1 week. Long-term use can stop your bowel working properly on its own.-Pee may turn a red-brown colour while you take senna. Some ppl. get cramps, nausea, diarrhea, Kept getting the urge before, during and after they vacated.-Best to check contraindications, with other meds, other herbal remedies ( esp licorice root).-Constipation is ‘congestion’ of the body plumbing, the 2nd brain is in the gut, When poo poo is irregular = microwaved meals, simple carbs, less fibre, partying, ‘flush ‘ the 2nd brain.-Try psyllium husk, prunes, green leafy salads, squatty potty (toilet seat), or the asian floor squat - worked for me.I benefit from others' reviews, much enjoy sharing my tests.
