Works great and is very sturdy. Plan where you want to place it because it sticks really solid. I have mine up high for hanging on my finger or it can be mounted low and used as a stand. Very versatile. I actually want two on my phone. Lol

How did I live this long without this product?! This simple little ring has completely changed the functionality of my new iPhone. I love the new phone, it has a huge screen, it has amazing cameras, and so much more. The main issue is that it's physically huge! It's massive and quite difficult to use with one hand. It's easy to hold but when it comes to typing with your thumb on one hand there's a very real risky feeling that the thing is going to slip from your hand. My wife has one of those pop things on her iPhone X case and she sort of likes it. She likes it because it makes it more secure in her hand but she doesn't like that it's plastic and not really confidence inspiring when holding it. Once she put my much larger phone in her hand and used this ring she said "order me one now". Seriously, it's that good. The back of the ring comes with a 3M adhesive circle and says to wipe clean the phone or case (and it comes with an alcohol pad which is nice) and then peel off the sticky backing and hold for 10 seconds. Well, as you can see from the picture I did more than hold it for 10 seconds. I used a vice grip to hold that sucker on there for a few minutes as tight as I could squeeze that thing. Is that overkill? Maybe, but I wanted to be sure that if this thing ever lost its hold on the phone it wouldn't be for any mistake that I made. I love that this is made of a hard metal and not plastic. As I mentioned before that is one big plus that my wife loved instantly. It really feels solid and sturdy. The ring itself rotates endlessly 360º around the base that sticks to the case allowing you to hold the phone in either hand however best feels comfortable. It's important to note that the ring does not "spin" as in fast. There is some tension behind the ring so you actually have to raise the ring at a 90º angle to the phone and gently rotate the ring gently so as not to rip the dang thing off the phone/case. I don't know if that would happen - I'm not disparaging the 3M sticky - I just don't want to test it and find out. But again, it doesn't just spin around the base like some spinner toy, you actually have to position it where you want it and it stays firm. When the ring folds down it is only very slightly more thick than the extrusion that goes around the camera housing portion of my particular case. Of course all cases very so keep that in mind. I have an extremely minimalist and thin hard case that is more form over function but still keeps the case secure and allowed for a very good adhesive surface for the 3M sticky. When the ring is extended it can be used as a kickstand for the phone itself as you can see from some of the pictures. Of course I had the phone out of the case to take the pictures but rest assured that it functions flawlessly with the phone in the case as well. I installed my ring a little south of center on the phone as that felt more comfortable in my hand to use. Even at this slightly lowered location it functions beautifully as a kick stand for the phone. Seriously, there is truly nothing I don't like about this ring. I hope that the 3M sticky pad holds firm for a long long time because this is the best thing I've bought in a long time. Well, best two thing since my wife demanded I buy her the rose gold version for her phone now too! Just buy this! You won't regret it.

EDIT #2: Today is November 8th, 2025. I purchased this nearly two years ago. It finally broke. For such a long time, it didn't even feel loose when it spun. This thing rocks. EDIT: It's 6/6 and this thing still has not come loose and isn't flapping about aimlessly. I don't remember if it's the same sturdiness as it was when I first bought it, but I don't care. Still working great 6 months later. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't know why phone rings aren't more popular - to me, they're superior in their functionality versus a Pop Socket, kickstand, or whatever else is used to substitute for the same functionality. I've tried a number of different rings over the years - MyPhoneRing, Humixx, some other rings that I can't remember but were cheap, and my top three right now are MyPhoneRing for third, Humixx for second, and this one from Syncwire for first. This has been attached to my phone case for a month now, so mileage may vary after the month mark, but so far, it hasn't come loose in the way of swiveling. That's the biggest issue with a phone ring - after some time, it becomes loose and won't stay "closed," losing the functionality of the kickstand (or at least hampering it.) So far, so good. Attaching it was easy. Just clean the surface, dry it, then attach the ring directly to the surface. Don't use anything in-between - if I recall correctly it came with a white sticker to put on your phone/case so you don't ruin the back of either, but it's not worth it. I didn't try to use it based on previous experiences and after reading a review on this one, so don't bother. If you really want to save your phone/case, buy a case with a ring/kickstand pre-installed. Otherwise, this makes for a great accessory for your phone that is versatile and can be used in many ways. My favorite is to put a hook on the dash of my vehicle and use it as a secondary device apart from the radio. I don't expect the sturdiness to stay like it is forever, but for the time being, it's great. I'll still use it regardless.

I have used one of these on my phone for a couple of years. Still works great. Has good friction when moving around and after all that use, it still stays put in whatever position I put it in. I'll take away one star only because the finish on the disc inside the ring will wear down to bare metal fairly quick. Wife lost her phone with one on the case and I replaced it with the same. One drawback when putting on a phone case is the phone with case may no longer fit in some holders due to extra thickness on the case back although the ring is not very thick. I also love that I can use a magnet holder which will hold my phone upright in my vehicle while driving. Great product. Highly recommend.

I bought this is Dec 2022 and it is still going strong in Feb 2026. More recent reviews cite problems with the ring hinge loosening or breaking, but I haven't experienced this. Hopefully the company hasn't cheapened the product because I need to purchase another one for a new phone. Pros: strong magnet, strong ring hinge, adhesion has remained solid for 3 years, love the ability to rotate the ring and prop my phone different ways Cons: adds significant weight to the phone, black coloring has started to rub off a little after 3 years

De plus les rotations fonctionnent toujours, dans tous les angles, et ne faiblissent pas à soutenir mon GALAXY NOTE (pourtant grand et gros téléphone) quand je regarde une vidéo. BRAVO TRÈS BELLE QUALITÉ , et d'autant plus que d'autres anneaux achetés depuis pour mon téléphone PRO ont eux montré des signes de faiblesse ! => Alors pourquoi... et qu'est-ce qui m'a fait acheter autre chose me direz-vous ? ? Simplement car je ne suis pas FAN des gros logos et des marques..., et c'est donc le seul HIC de ces anneaux... il y a un GROS LOGO << S >> sur le rond central. Plus discret et plus élégant et c'était un 5 étoiles partout !

Der Ring hat für mich genau die richtige Grösse, nicht zu gross. Er klebt superfest. Man kann den Ring hochklappen und so das Handy längs oder quer aufstellen. Ausserdem lässt sich der Ring auch in alle Richtungen drehen. Er ist hochwertig verarbeitet und sieht super aus!

Syncwire phone rings are superb! I was introduced to phone rings when I got one free with a repro snes controller (see photo). Looking back now, it was chunky, with a metal ring attached to a plastic base. I was not sure I would keep it at first given it's thickness but I ended loving it's usefulness. However, after 6 or so months the ring became loose so was useless for propping my phone. So I looked around online and came across these. They are worth every penny and so thin I don't feel it in my pocket! You can tell it's built well and will last. I did read complaints about the adhesive but I have found it to be excellent. Make sure you apply firm pressure for a bit (best to attach to a phone case before adding you phone) and give it time to stick well. Check the surface is clean too before applying of course. You get extra stickers too but I didn't need them. I can't be happier with it and such a step up from my fat freebie bless it haha
