This is a very gentle and good hydrating face cream. Has a good texture, and though it's a bit expensive, it's ingredients more than make up for this higher price. It really is very good, and leaves my brown skin hydrated, supple in my elderly days.

The best moisturiser I’ve ever bought. Keep recommending it to people and they love it! I’ve been buying it for 7-8 years now and I can’t get over it, it’s just perfect. Might be a little too rich in summer, depends on what you skin needs. I have no intention to try something else, it’s kept me hydrated for years now! Love love it!

Good hydration , nice scent , you need to use a generous amount each time .

Great on skin and soft

Whilst suffering from terrible acne caused by a hormonal imbalance I was struggling to find a cream that would not further irritate my skin. At the time I purchased Antipodes face cream I still had no clue what was causing my acne. At this point I thought it could be the face cream I was using on my face. After watching many beauty bloggers recommend it, I gave it a go. The texture of this cream is wonderful and it makes your face feel so soft. The smell is also very soothing (for me anyway). Whilst it did not cure my acne it did cool my skin down and did not cause any irritation. Therefore, if you do suffer from acne this natural product may be an option if other creams irritate your skin. I did not purchase this product again once it run out as the only downfall is that it is too costly for me as I am a student. However, if I had a bit more money I would buy this product on a regular basis.

I used the cream on day one my eyes watered terribly. I presumed it was hayfever. I used the cream again and my eyes swole. The swelling went down and now I'm left with dry flakey skin under my eyes which is very sore and looks dreadful! I do not have sensitive skin usually! The cream smells cheap does not soak in. Uncomfortable and a complete waste of money. Avoid

I love this cream. It's made with natural ingredients, absorbs beautifully into the skin and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. It leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished. Highly recommend

I really wanted to love this cream and was looking forward to trying it but sadly found it’s not suitable for me at all. Firstly the scent, it’s quite strong and lingers for a while and is a herbal scent reminiscent of a spa which for me is too heavy for a face cream. Next the cream itself, it has a very thick texture that seems to take forever to blend into the skin without leaving white streaks. Lastly, I tried it on the back of my hand to start with and all seemed to be ok but when I then tried it on my face it made my skin tingle and go quite red (although the redness could have been from the rubbing it took to get the cream to absorb) so I washed it off straight away and sadly I have to say I don’t think this cream is suitable for my aged 50+ dry and sensitive skin but of course that’s just me and I’m sure other people will find it suits them a lot better.

Ich habe von der leichten Tagescreme dieses Herstellers zur Vanilla Pod gewechselt, da meine trockene Fetthaut mit Anfang 30 nun weniger nachfettet und die leichte Austrocknung sich mehr und mehr bemerkbar macht. Die Vanilla Pod besitzt ausgezeichnete Inhaltsstoffe und leicht okklusive Eigenschaften. Alle Inhaltsstoffe sind nicht-komedogen und ich beobachte kein Verstopfen der Poren. Der Geruch ist irgendwie vanillig und auch zart nach Tonkabohne und ganz minimal nach irgendwas Zitrus-artigem. Den Zitrus-artigen Geruch findet man auch stärker in einer Gesichtsmaske des Herstellers wieder. Die Konsistenz ist zart Creme-artig, also nicht zu flüssig oder dünn und auch nicht zu fettig oder schwer.. Am besten lässt sich die Creme einarbeiten, wenn die Haut zuvor mit einem Tonic oder Hydrolat besprüht wurde. Man muss die Creme tatsächlich ein wenig großzügiger auftragen und 10 Minuten einziehen lassen, sonst ist der Pflege-Effekt zu gering. So komme ich mit einer gut gepflegten Haut durch den ganzen Tag. Anfangs war ich nicht sicher, ob meine leichte Couperose auf die duftenden Inhaltsstoffe reagiert, doch die leichten Probleme haben sich bald gelegt und die Creme ist ausgezeichnet verträglich. Bei Couperose und Rosazea ist jedoch der Hinweis wichtig, dass die Verträglichkeit immer individuell verschieden sein kann.

The day cream is light and non sticky. The smell is amazing and it doesn't break my skin out. The quality of these products are amazing. New Zealand certainly has done an amazing job with this skincare line. My skin is very dry and I've noticed it seems to stay hydrated.
