Absolutely perfect whitening strips! Very easy to use. My teeth got whiter even after the first time i used them. Recommend!

Pain after using plus no change
Have not seen any colour change after using them, my teeth become very painful after using them and pain occurs while brushing as well, I don't think this product is worth it, in my opinion anyway
Use twice a day for 7 days or once a day for 14 days.
1, Make sure the teeth are dry.
2, Carefully tear the pouch to reveal both whitening strips.
3, Peel away one strip from the plastic film and face the gel side (the side touching the plastic film) to the surface of the teeth. We recommend to start with the upper strip (the longest strip).
4, Looking in a mirror, align the straight edgeof the strip to the gumline of the upper teeth and gently press, making it completely adhere to the teeth surface.
5, Repeat points 3 and 4 using the second strip for lower front teeth.
6, After 30 minutes, remove the teeth whitening strips and discard the used strips.
7, Clean off any remaining gel residue by rinsing mouth with water or brushing your teeth.

Avoid contact with lips and gums. Do not use while wearing braces. Do not use continuously, leave at least 4 weeks between uses. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
