This one small bottle will last around 30 days (3 sprays per day) for one person, which makes it very cost effective. It's also small enough to keep in your bag, pocket or glove box to have to hand in case you forget your daily dose of sunshine substitution. Quick tip: Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you want to make sure you're getting the most out of this spray, use after you have eaten some good fats; Kefir, yoghurt, Brazil nuts ('only 2 per day or you'll get fat' as my old GP used to say!) etc - unfortunately crisps do not count as 'good fats' which has been a source of deep disappointment throughout my life. It’s hard to measure exactly, but I definitely notice fewer dips in energy compared to when I forget to supplement. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that it doesn’t seem to last the full 30 days as stated, even though I’m sticking strictly to the recommended dosage. I find I’m running out a few days earlier than expected, which is slightly frustrating when you’re trying to reorder in time. That said, I would still repurchase. It’s good quality, simple to use, and does what it’s supposed to – I just wish it stretched a little further.

Good medicine this

I love the product itself but the spray tops are absolutely awful and very often stop working completely. I've tried everything thinking it might somehow be blocked but it's a terrible design that needs improvement. I take this stuff every day and I'd say it's 80-90% of spray bottles that stop spraying. Some straight away and some after a while of use. I'd say the price is now getting a bit ridiculous too. It wasn't that long ago it was £5 something! Great product, but it has got a bit too expensive and the spray bottles are terrible.

Tastes good compared to other brands I have tried, and really brings up those vit D and energy levels. Well, it did for me. People have their own things going on, but in the vit D arena, this one is tops.

I have been taking this supplement for over a year now and it has raised my vitamin d level to normal. It’s tastier than another brand I tried too.
