I can use it along my back as well to target muscles. I use it often.

Use on said flat surface
This product does stretch you neck and provides temporary relief. I do not recommend using this on a bed as the instructions state.

Stabilises my neck
This product exceeded my expectations. I wanted to reduce pressure on my neck and it did this.But it also stabilised my neck during exercise so it has made me able to do more exercise with less pain.It's easy to clean and stores well.Good idea!

Didn't notice much difference
I have neck and spinal issues so was looking for something that could help alleviate the pain I experience on a daily basis. Following the instructions and after using this for 10 minutes, I did not notice much of a difference in my neck. There was a slight lessening of my normal pain, but not significant enough to think this did anything.I tried both sides with the same results.The device seems well made. The foam is soft with a tiny bit of flex.
