This organizer was a nightmare to put together! Nice organizer, and pretty strong considering it is made out of plastic, but putting 56 connectors on and putting the shelves in the connectors was painful and very time consuming. You have to get the shelves just right and door ends have to go in the connectors every time! My hands are bruised from putting the connectors on that have to “click” to make sure they are secure. They send you a weak little wooden mallet that does nothing. Can’t say that I would purchase this again. I bought it for my puzzles, which seems to be holding up well so far. Pretty sturdy, just horrible to put together.

Imagine giving this to a child and have them set it up how they like, or to just simply play with it. Wish there was more corner pieces. its built sturdy and will last awhile.

I’ve had this for over a year in my daughter’s room. She has run out of space with all of her toys so I purchased a second one. Very sturdy, easy to wipe clean, doesn’t accumulate much dust, holds heavy toys without any permanent bending or bulging, my cat loves to sleep in it too! Zero complaints!

So much frustration last night hours spent trying to do six across and it’s still not secure. I really liked the first sets I bought (except the incomplete one I have to return). I showed my preteen a review photo with blue and pink combined in diagonal pattern. She wanted to do that. That one is 6 cubes across and five high. Assembly was almost impossible because in order to really lock all the pieces together you have to be able to spread your arms across the entire structure and squeeze together each row. And push down on the top. I’m 5’6” for reference. The sets I made that were three across and five high are sturdy enough so far but I HAVEN’T hardly put anything on them other than a few clothes or papers on a few cubes yet. Four across and four high ok too I think but I haven’t tried to move that one yet. I can move the three across without damaging it. The six across is a MESS. Make sure you don’t miss a slot in assembly because if you have to go back and correct then the ENTIRE structure is coming apart. But mainly it was just IMPOSSIBLE to snap it all together. My 56 inch tall kid worked with me to assemble then watched her work keep coming apart because she can’t apply the necessary force on one end to partner with me to squeeze the structure in place after it’s all done, but I’m skeptical another adult would have helped because one adult with a LONG arm span needs to be able to reach across and simultaneously squeeze both ends to ensure it’s snapped tight. My kid was using the mallet too to make sure her pieces were in place and I was checking as we went. BUT then here’s the real nightmare, when I tried to move it a few feet across the room. I wanted to tip it over like I did other sets so I could squeeze the structure in place and check for loose points. It kept falling apart. Finally got it against a wall, but it looks wonky and I’m wondering what will happen when we fill it with items. I got it for a child’s collections like Pokemon, Lego and Squishmellow (I initially got other units for my room to organize clothing, but I think records would look nice in it). I hope it doesn’t topple it over on my nine year old or collapse after we use it. Also one panel came torn, but I’m not returning over that. I will return the one very incomplete set. It might be ok but if you’re planning to move it a lot or reconfigure I don’t recommend because it’s too fragile unless you’re creating a small structure. I’ve been moving the three across I made fine in my own room (with nothing on it yet), but if I had to move on stairs or through a hall would worry any bump might pop the connectors out.

It was so easy to set up and so cute, I bought it in both pink and blue. I was able to combine them alternating colors to make a checker pattern for the shelves. I love how they came out and it is perfect for storage. They also can fit storage bins!
