Nose Plugs-Medium

Bought these for swimming lengths in the pool. Little bit uncomfortable for long swims but keeps the chlorine out your nose better than traditional clips, so less pain in the long run if you have sensitive sinuses. Will be interested to see how well the material holds up to repeated chlorine exposure.Sizing guide is a little odd but seems to work

I tried these nose clips due to fact I have lot of problem with water entering my sinuses and am desperate for a solution. The clip came without any instructions. I put the clip in ans swam and after 3 strokes it came out and was lost - it is transparent so was impossible to find in the pool.On top of that, as sizes were not very clear I ordered large and medium just to try and compare (medium was OK for me). When I sent the large pair back I was charged £3.99 postage when it is tiny and lightweight and fitted in an ordinary envelope at standard second class postage rate. Be warned

Works well. Was too big and hurt my nose. Generally i do have a big nose. But i highly recommend to get a small

Great idea, normal clips don't fit they pop off... This just pops in your nose , still getting used to it but love the idea.

After years of horrendous nasal problems after swimming, I bought this product with a certain amount of scepticism. A bit fiddly to insert, and certainly a bit strange when you first enter the water. Took a couple of lengths to adapt to breathing solely through the mouth but soon realised this product will not pop out of the nose. (unlike the unsightly and totally useless nose clips) After swim, easily removed it and for the first time in years, I had a sense of smell!! I can breathe easily through my nose and finally the constant blocked up feeling alternating with streaming nostrils and sneezing seems to have disappeared. For the price, this little bit of moulded silicon seems a bit pricey, but honestly, it is worth every penny. I've already ordered a second one as a spare. Alongside cap and goggles, this is an essential part of my swimming gear now. We'll done whoever came up with the product. IT IS BRILLIANT

Disappointed as I used the qtip size guide and measured for a medium but it is too big and hurts my nostril :( good concept product just a shame I can’t use it 😢 delivery was quick

After getting an infection every time I went swimming, these plugs completely fixed the issue. Be sure to use the recommended measuring method before ordering.Be warned that these were clearly designed for activities such as surfing where you take little dips as opposed to full on swimming. That being said, I swim with my university's swim team four times a week, and have not experienced an infection since trying them.Breathing through only your mouth takes a lot of getting used to, and as a result the plugs will not work perfectly first time. Mine fit pretty well and few drops do get in, but no product is going to keep everything out unless you want clips that slide off of your nose every time you take a breath.Packaging could use some work in that you have to find your own case for them, but they have allowed me to continue doing something I love to do and have improved my quality of life immensely! If you've been kept from the water due to sinus issues, this may be your way out!

So it's not the most comfy, but I think this is because I started with large when I needed smaller for my girlie nostrils :). This is an absolute game changer that has meant I can swim again. Am very grateful.
