Delighted
This is the best headset I have bought in pursuit of finding something that would work well for mobile phone calls working at home, quality is great for speaking and hearing (nobody is complaining they cant hear me), and the blue tooth connection is still strong several meters from the phone. The headset is comfortable to wear, the single ear piece stops your ears heating up and getting sweaty. All good, i would recommend it.

Good value product
I use mine with my skype for business on my laptop and find it very good. Clear quality and keeps charge well. Only criticism is it is quite loose fitting on my head, so sometimes slips forward when moving around. I don’t use the Bluetooth facility so can’t comment on this type of use

Seems great but for dual device usage it will drive you crazy!
The Jabra 65 on the face of it seems a nice product and when received again it’s well made comfortable and you’d think just what you need! The device comes pre-pared to the little USB Bluetooth dongle for your laptop/PC which is nice and even when first pairing the device to your mobile you get a nice feeling as the switch is good and the audible feedback in ear really nice! However then things start to go badly wrong with this headset. I’ve got TWO of these now as I was hoping the first one would be a dodgy unit but no they both act identically (either Skype or UC version which I cannot even tell the difference between as both come with the dongle and both act the same). First call you make you will be impressed wondering how you ever coped without it then over the day the experience goes downhill, it's really odd how the quality seems to drop but others have mentioned the same and it's true. These are the behaviours I have with BOTH headsets: 1) When on a PC call any sound from the mobile can fade out mute the PC audio and fade it back in, you don’t get it “over the top” which wouldn’t be so bad but the fading time makes it seem like the other person is not there on the PC call. “You cant speak to two people at once?” I hear you say.. No but consider system sounds, message alert tones, diary reminder tones heck even keypad tapping clicks messed my PC call up. This headset cannot seem to tell you’re actively using a device and not interrupt the other one. A system of swapping between devices is needed but this doesn’t exist with this headset, the way it does it is “automatic” and does it really badly. 2) After first pairing to the phone (iPhone 7 used completely with this review) it will work well but as day moves on maybe walking in and out of range of it (I really don’t know) you will find the headset just will not work with the mobile, you select Bluetooth audio on phone when you answer a call, phone will believe its playing to Bluetooth headset as it mutes from speaker but nothing on headset. Turning headset off, on, off on will eventually re-ignite this connection but do that on a call and it’s infuriating for you and the caller!!! 3) Again Bluetooth to mobile… Sometimes (like this very morning prompting me to write this review!) I turned headset back on placed it on my head and got “Mobil (whats a mobil!!!!!) connected”….. few seconds …. “Mobil disconnected”… few seconds later… “Mobil connected”… few seconds later…. “Mobile disconnected” you get the idea it went on and on… On iPhone Bluetooth screen sure enough it was showing Jabra Evolve 65 flicking between connected and disconnected. ARGH!!!! How did I fix it? The usual thing you find yourself doing when the mobile just stops working with this headset is to FORGET on phone, put headset into pairing mode and re-pair! Now its connected fine again which just shows a problem, I’ve not moved locations, not turned phone off and on simply deleting pairing and repairing. I find myself doing this every day I use this headset. 4) Sound quality. Quite good with the Jabra Bluetooth dongle for PC but mobile… Sorry “Mobil”… can be again good when you first pair but after a while absolutely AWFUL. Generally metallic noises are always heard on high notes (There is a firmware upgrade Feb/Mar 18 for this but it does not change this problem I have done it!). This is just the start, when the mobile has issues trying to connect as it does and you turn it off on off on to make it take audio through the headset the resulting call can be AWFUL with sound dropping in and out clipping notes etc DREADFUL… Again another pair unpair. The multiple call handling problem I *think* has something to do with it thinking the other channel is holding something open as sometimes pulling the PC dongle out waiting a few seconds and switching back seems to help but not totally sure… As I said I’ve firmware upgraded, I’ve reset to defaults after firmware upgrade and started over but NOTHING WILL HELP THIS HEADSET WORK PROPERLY I have many years IT experience to understand these things and I’ve had enough with it. Quite frankly this second headset is going back under return window and I’m tempted to use the first simply for my Laptop audio only as it’s SO BAD with the mobile Bluetooth! Hope this helps someone and if helpful click the helpful button, cheers :)

Nice wireless headset
So refreshing that I can wander away from my Laptop when on a conference call, my colleagues do say that my voice goes a bit 'roboty' when I walk through my living room, but apart from that its a great piece of kit and am very happy.

Good but expensive
Good headset, too dear though. Can walk around when connected but would prefer more flexibility on the microphone arm

Five Stars
Really comfortable headset and crystal clear sound. Bluetooth picks up both my phones with ease. Well worth the money.

Perfect for Lync
I work from home, spend most of the day on lync calls and this headset is great with very good battery life and is quick to charge. Good call quality and easy to use buttons for mute, end call etc. Recommended

Get a stereo on-ear model instead
I felt that poor design was at fault when the swivel hinge broke on my Evolve 65 stereo on-ear, so I bought this model instead - bad mistake. For around the same price, the stereo version is more comfortable, has a longer-lasting battery, plays better with spectacles and with the desktop app. All minor niggles but collectively an underwhelming experience. Sigh.

Works very well, connects simply with PC and mobile. The only issue so far seems to be a few quirks with MS Teams integration which was one of the main reasons for purchasing.

Works well, loud and clear. After 30 min of using it, it feels much better then the in ear style. Volume on the headset appears to be independent of the volume on my phone. I was 4 inches away from a running tap and the person on the other end couldn't hear it, noise cancellation is great. Headset interferes with my sunglasses by about 2mm, sunglasses sit up a tiny bit off my ears, I didn't see this as a problem as it has no effect on comfort or usage.

I was VERY hesitant about buying this. Your average Bluetooth headset may have decent sound output for music and whatnot, but the input typically sounds no better (and often worse) than making a call on your cell phone. Problem is, I wanted a wireless headset to use for in-game voice communications that had the audio quality (or as close to it as possible) of a wired headset. I have a 5.1 system for game audio, so I just wanted something for voice and I hate being tethered by cables or wearing headphones that will muffle my sound system audio and press on the frame of my glasses. I figured a professional grade telephone headset, like the one's I've used at work, operating on dedicated frequencies, not Bluetooth based, might be worth looking into, but they are quite expensive and include telephone desk-set specific features I really don't need. During my search I found the Evolve 65. It promised clear audio, blah blah blah, the usual stuff all Bluetooth headsets seem to promise. So I contacted Jabra. The rep I chatted with insisted the audio is clear, not just marketing nonsense, and this headset would satisfy my needs. . . . . I was not disappointed. This headset is incredible. Very light weight, worn it for many many hours of play. The battery lasts forever, charges quickly when needed, and can be used in "wired" mode with the USB charging cable plugged in to the computer for those all-day-long marathon gaming sessions that you forgot to charge the headset for the night before (oops). And most importantly, the audio is very clean and clear in both directions, it doesn't sound like typical Bluetooth wireless! I don't know what kind of processing they're doing, but the mic does a great job filtering out or significantly reducing background audio so only my voice gets transmitted, clean and clear. Works beautifully with the VOX function in Discord. I highly recommend this for any PC gamer wanting a quality voice headset that wont take away from your enjoyment of your existing sound system. --- 11/24/23 - Five years later and I STILL recommend this headset! It is still going strong! I've had to replace the earpad as I wore it out, took some searching to find replacements. The only other issue I've had is with garbled audio if I get too far from the computer (like out to the kitchen and back), but mounting the USB transceiver above my monitor fixed that.
