Excellent for adult learners
I really like Alfred's books, not all songs are very entertaining however they all lead to a better command of the keyboard in a well-thought-through way. On top of that, there is lots of videos on youtube of players showing what the tunes should sound like. Some of them are very pleasant to the ear indeed. This is perfect for me
This is perfect for me. I really want to learn to sight-read but I only have enough time/motivation to do 15 minutes per day. Really helpful book
I previously went through levels 1 and 2 of this series and they helped me more than any other sheet music text book. This is the same really good really clear music script and loads of helpful advice on which fingers to use etc. I would have liked to have seen BPM rather than Italian words for tempo but to be fair not many books do this. Highly recommended.

Part 3 of Course
I started this course some 5 years ago with a helpful Tutor knowing nothing about musical notation or the piano. I am now able play a selection of pieces with some confidence' As I am 90 years old, this course obviously suits me. It will provide me a great deal of pleasure over the next year or so.

Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course
Bought all three books (levels 1,2 and 3) and they are all brilliant. Well worth the money as they take you step by step so that you learn to combine both hands. Looking forward to getting to levels 2 and 3.

Excellent - Chord Progression and different approach to learning.
Highly recommended for musicians who learned the old way and never reached the chord stage - brilliant. Great for teachers and students - self learning excellent for those who cant afford lessons.
