I've always been a light sleeper, despite using an eye mask, white noise machine etc Prior to these, I was using the alpine concert ear plugs, didn't realize they made a version for sleep. Was a little hesitant since the rating was lower for these These ones are so much better! They are soft all over (no firm core) which makes them really comfortable. I am a petite woman and got m/l, I probably could have gone down a size but these are still comfy Most importantly, I track my sleep every night. As soon as I started using these, my sleep went up from 1hr to 1hr41!! And I FEEL so much more well rested. My sleep duration has gone up a lot more as well as I'm not waking up prematurely. This is largely due to the increased noise reduction. It's not perfect, but it's a lot better than any other plug I've used, maybe except wax plugs which I don't like because they get so dirty. But for most noise, this plus a white noise machine is perfect Overall, SUPER impressed. These stay in all night as well.

They're easy to clean, washed by hand and dry quickly. The silicone is soft and comfortable, and the tab tip makes them simpler to remove. They do not block out sound completely but rather muffle it sufficiently, although I'd argue white noise is better for sleeping. Or a combination of both

Surprisingly comfortable and substantial cut noise….. had a great sleep for a change! Great little case to keep them in.

There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > Price Design Dual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noises To have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleeping I had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experience For sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear rings Suggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusion Noise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possible Next problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experience Next one is the price of these ear plugs Economics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugs Why buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugs I bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

I very rarely post reviews but I just had to on this product — to reassure anyone who’s been going through similar to my husband and I. We haven’t shared a bed in over a year due to his incessant and loud snoring, and my quality of sleep was severely impacted. Since using the ear plugs, we have been able to share a bed again and my quality of sleep has massively improved. They are incredibly comfortable and sit in the ear really well. I’m a side sleeper and there is no issue with sleeping on my side when using these as they are super soft and the quality vs cost cannot be compared. I’ve used loops in the past and they do not touch these. They don’t fall out if you put them in correctly and I believe that they should last for 100 sleeps? I’ve been using them for a month now with no issues. They come with a small carry case to keep them in so was able to take them on holiday recently too.

They seem ok they can somewhat block out faint sounds from a distance, but up close sounds or sounds from next door can be heard but some walls are very thin in my home, they are quite comfortable and do not fall out of my ear, they seem to fit all ears quite well, maybe the party ones are better, you can still hear your surroundings but slightly muffled. My neighbour is harassing me with anti social behaviour, screaming and banging and more and that is the reason I purchased them, I also live across from a school and when the kids are in the playground you can only imagine what it sounds like, and they have mostly drowned out that sound but not fully. And that is a distance away. Overall not bad but definitely worth the price.

Best ear plugs I've ever bought, so comfortable, I got the small and fitted perfectly. Definitely recommend. No more sleepless nights with my wife snoring like a steam train. 😴

Comfortable and stay in my ear. The noise reduction is just enough for me to be able to sleep through my partner's snoring, so far all good. The one annoying thing about these is the tag to pull them out has broken on a few occasions and when this happens, the plug gets stuck in my ear and is difficult to get out, which makes me panic because I tend to push it in further trying to get it out. So I find myself changing them quite frequently to avoid this and getting way less then the 100 uses, more like 20 uses.

Ces bouchons d'oreilles sont de loin les plus confortables que j'ai pu tester. Comme promis sur le packaging, ils sont doux, restent en place (suivez bien les indications sur la notice et ils ne bougeront pas) et sont idéals pour ceux qui dorment sur le côté. L'isolation de 27 dB est très correcte pour atténuer efficacement différents bruits sans être totalement coupé du monde. J'ai apprécié avoir 2 tailles car après essai ce sont les S qui me conviennent. Les M/L ne sont pas perdus, c'est la taille parfaite pour mon conjoint qui après avoir porté exclusivement des bouchons Quiès en cire trouve ces Alpine bien plus confortables également. Et pour couronner le tout, ils sont lavables ! Si vous en prenez bien soin et les rangez dans la boîte fournie, vous les garderez longtemps.

Werken goed. Ik slaap weer lekker. Geluiden worden goed gedempt, terwijl je toch in verbinding blijft met de omgeving.

Uso los Alpine SleepDeep todas las noches desde diciembre. Vivo en el centro de la ciudad y el ruido exterior solía ser un problema, pero estos tapones lo han solucionado por completo. Comodidad para dormir de lado: Duermo de lado y estos tapones son comodísimos. Su forma ovalada hace que no presionen el oído y, a diferencia de los de espuma, no se caen durante la noche. Se mantienen en su sitio perfectamente. Comparación con cera y espuma: Antes usaba tapones de cera, pero con el calor de aquí de España, la cera se vuelve demasiado blanda y pegajosa. Estos de Alpine son de un material tipo silicona que es mucho más higiénico, fácil de limpiar y resistente al calor. Aislamiento acústico: Aíslan muy bien del ruido de la calle, pero lo mejor es que sigo escuchando el despertador por la mañana sin problemas. ¡Muy recomendados!
