Great and Effective
I have used this for a couple years now with me and my 3 boys who all started as teens using them. 2 of my boys vitamin d was extreme low.. under 10. This brought their levels to normal in 8 weeks. We don't get much vitamin d naturally so we all take them 1x a week to keep us from dropping so low again. It is much easier than taking daily doses and I love the small pills. I will never stop taking them or my kids. Great product.

Small pill is a bonus.
I love how small the pills are. Nothing worse than a horse pill. This has helped me maintain good levels of vitamin d3 as i work in a room with no windows and a region that gets little sunlight before and after my work hours. I take once a week with k2 and magnesium.

Proof it works!
Proof it works! I started taking this 3 months ago and my vitamin D levels have sky rocketed! During winter months I usually get pretty bad seasonal depression but this year I haven’t! And it’s so nice only having to take 1 pill per week and they’re very small in size! I don’t usually write reviews but this needs to be talked about! Overall amazing amazing ! Get it!

I underestimated this product... took two a day for a month and my Vitamin D level went from 25 to 380... The doctor called me right after the blood test and now I am drinking 5-6 litter of water to flash it out of my system.. this product work perfect.
