Q: Why would you put Triethylamine in your product?

Thank you for your question. I'm a beauty advisor for Pierre Fabre USA, Inc. the parent company of Klorane. Our formula contains Triethanolamine, not triethylamine. It acts to balance the overall pH of a product, and also works as an emulsifier.

Q: Does this shampoo really works for oily hair

It does. I have really oily hair. I need to wash it every other day. The shampoo helped and my hair can last up to four days without washing it. Sometimes I just need a little bit of dry shampoo in berating areas. But it really helped

Q: Is this shampoo for people with thick hair?

Hello there, thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised this products is specifically a purifying and clarifying shampoo that removes excess buildup from hair and scalp. It also protects from external aggressors that cause hair to become weighed down and dull, like chlorine (for swimmers or the summer days). The product can be used for thick hair, but I would only recommend it if you tend to have oily hair. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Q: is this safe for color treated hair?
