These dumbbells were a great addition to my home gym. The weight feels just right and they’re comfortable to hold during workouts. I also like the color since it makes them easy to find when I’m switching between exercises. The neoprene coating adds extra comfort and gives a good grip so they don’t feel slippery. I’ve been using them a lot to work on my strength and they’ve been holding up really well. Overall really solid and exactly what I was looking for.

The Amazon Basics neoprene dumbbells are solid, well-made weights and great for home workouts and muscle toning. I purchased the 12 lb weights and really like the durable neoprene coating—it provides a comfortable feel, helps prevent slipping, and protects floors as you set them down. The hex shape is also a nice touch since they don’t roll around. My only minor downside is the hand grip area. On the 12 lb weights, the grip feels a little big for my hands. I wish it were just slightly smaller so I could get a more secure and comfortable grip, especially during longer workouts. Overall, these are high-quality dumbbells at a good price. With a slightly slimmer grip, they’d be perfect. Still very happy with the purchase and would recommend them.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY, THEN YOUR THERAPIST CAN INSTRUCT YOU AND KEEP YOU IN GOOD FORM. YOU COULD POSSIBLY HURT YOURSELF IF YOU WORKOUT INCORRECTLY. AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS. Just received today. It’s a good quality product. I ordered other dumble of weight 2.3 kg each and they have given me dumble of 3kg each which is heavier. How Can Amazon does this.

They sent me the wrong sizes and they came in the wrong colours. The weights themselves are good quality and so is the stand. However the colour on the yellow weights immediately started coming off on my hands and nails. Good weights but not pleased with the service of the company or their commitment to customer service.

These are great weights. I love the colour. Also love the feel of them in my hand. Very comfortable.
