They were easy to install, the range from the sensor to the base is good as long as the batteries aren't dying. We used these in a cafe, with heavy traffic the batteries in the sensors lasted about 2 weeks, if it was slower about 4 weeks. I would recommend keeping extra batteries on hand, because once the battery dies or gets to weak it will not be able to send a strong enough signal to chime. Very happy with the purchase, just keep extra batteries on hand!

This was a very affordable and simple solution to entry notification at our office. The selection of chimes is nice so you can choose a fitting notification sound. The range is nice also. The only downside is we have mild door traffic(maybe 30-40 entries max a day) and we have had to replace the batteries on the door piece twice already in 4 months. They aren't your typical batteries also, you can probably buy them anywhere but definitely stock up if you have people in and out often.

Been using this machine for over a year now, and both of my motion sensor machines started acting up and going off without any motion being detected… the one was good for a little over 6 months without changing the batteries and had very rare misfires, but quickly escalated to going off about every hour. Tried changing the batteries, nothing, tried changing which one I was using, and it was the same issue! Its very important to me to have a reliable device, that will go off at the right times! Getting me up every hour on the hour for nothing is not good.

i initially didn’t have a good experience with this product but they went ahead and took care of it by replacing.

Got the two plugs but only one works. Volume is ok but needs to be louder for someone who is hard of hearing

I purchased the set of 2 sensors and 2 chimes for my shop. I pulled the battery tab from each sensor to activate the sensors, then installed on the front main entry door and the other on the shipping/receiving door. I plugged in one chime in the back office area and the other in the warehouse. BAM, it all works.I should add the main entrance sensor is about 100 feet to the chime in the warehouse with multiple walls in between and it works perfectly. Each sensor sounds both chimes which I really like. I then adjusted the chimes type and the volume level. You can turn the volume off as well.This is a completely independent wireless system with no connection to WiFi. Very quick and simple to install.Lastly, the sensors do have a watch type battery. I have no idea how long they will last, but I imagine they will last for months before needing a battery replacement.
