High quality, inexpensive, runs on 5v, actually 12v
These are high quality and inexpensive blowers that come with a 5 volt USB connection and they run adequately and very very quietly on five volts. They are actually 12 volt blowers and aren't that noisy at 12 volts and do handle a lot more air when you want them on 12. I run mine on 10 volts and they are quiet there and handle at least five times more air than when run on 5 volts. I use one to cool a motor controller board and the thing to note about blowers as opposed to fans is that if you have a small passage that the air needs to get through, like a heat sink located between two circuit boards, a blower works much better than a fan. Using the intake as suction right above the heat sink and exhausting the warm output air to outside the chassis is ideal.

Good value for application
They are quiet and provide good airflow even at 4 feet from the outlet. I am using them to cool lighting for my indoor plants so we'll see how long they hold up! I hope they'll last for a few years.

A little slow
Plugged in to a USB charger, they seem a little slow. But that means they are very quite. So that is awesome. I bet if you connect them to a higher voltage they would move more air but be louder. They are well made. The only real issue I can see is there is no protection for the cord where it comes out of the fan. With the USB end, you cannot get heat shrink around it to help. So to protect it from breaking I added liquid electric tape. Ugly but works.

Works well
I installed a couple of these to keep HD cameras cool. They have worked well. I can run two of them all day long on a 10,000ma battery pack.

Pretty handy to dry motorcycle helmet & boots
Light & compact enough to bring them along in my motorcycle bags/luggage. I won't pretend these will last forever, but - at this size, weight, & price - I'll take my chances/buy another pair if I need to. They completely dried my helmet after running them both from wall adapters for ~1 hour. (TBD running off a power bank or adapters off the cycle.) I haven't needed to dry my boots yet. The YouTube DIY projects I saw used a fan like this hot glued to a perforated tube, but I'm just keeping it simple/trying the fans "as is" before I try to get all craftsy/make something more inconvenient to pack along on rides.

Bottom line: Would buy again.
I bought these to use one to put air into my paper shredder. I just glued it over the vent port that was at the motor. It came with a USB plug for power which is pretty much the go to now and I had an USB extension cable so that was needed. The blower puts out enough air that I can shred non-stop now. I want to note that the blower is super quiet as well.

Works perfect.
They hardly take any batter from a portable charger, and do exactly what I need them to.

The cables that came out of the fan, can broke easily take car of does.
The media could not be loaded. I thinking now to add a switch to be able to turn it off.
