This barbell is seriously impressive for the price—solid construction, great feel, and the knurling is exactly what I was hoping for. It gives you that confident grip without being too harsh, which really makes a difference during longer sets. I absolutely love the size—it’s perfect for bicep curls, super easy to control, and doesn’t feel bulky or awkward. The bar feels balanced, durable, and holds up great whether you’re lifting light or going heavier. No nonsense, no gimmicks—just a solid bar that delivers. Definitely feels like I scored big without spending big.

This is a well crafted and solid Olympic Bar. I had picked the 4 ft bar but it was too short to use it for presses or light squats so I had to return it. I ordered the 4.9 bar (in black) and it is perfect size. Wide enough for presses, squats and benching ( depending on width of stand). Both bars are high quality. (Lionscool makes some great equipment, especially their leg curl / leg extension machine). If you need a high quality bar that is not full size get this one. I especially reccomend the 4'9" one as it seems the most versatile. Hpwever the 4 ft one may be good for smaller people and exercises such as hip thrusts and curls.

this is a great little bar that is just more convenient in smaller spaces for curls, overhead press, tricep extensions, delt raises,... I just don't always want to move around a full size olympic bar or if it's under 80lb, or not using squat rack or lifting platform this is great. The finish is great, the quality is great, the bearings spin great/smooth, the size is great, it's mostly just loaded 40/50/60lbs with 10s and 5s. Definitely use some collars to keep plates tight. That's about it, it's great for hitting quick workouts, and easily add or lower weight.

Perfect for my home gym. Solid bar that was able to hold my 45lbs plates. Comes with a workout chart if you need it.

I have lots of expensive (Ivanko, Rogue, etc.) bars - 7', 5', Curl bars, etc. I have the iFast 4' bar and it's a decent bar, but it's 25mm thick and I wanted an additional 4' bar that was thicker. For $80 this was a bargain and I didn't know what to expect, as in the past I've had $80 crappy bars that I ended up cutting up and using for parts. This is excellent quality. The coating seems like almost a heavy paint so I'm not sure how it'll wear (time will tell), but the bushings and collars were very precise. No play at all in the collars, and a decently free rotation. The knurl is deep but soft, it won't cut up your hands, almost like it's muted a bit. Specs are right on - 20lbs. Collars are 1.960" (I checked them with verniers). Also, my Ivanko collars and plates slide on and off easily. I'm more than pleased with it so far.

I’m so happy with this purchase. It’s a perfect size for my mini home gym, is great quality and arrived fast in secure packaging. If you order products online you know that sometimes you get cheap foreign crap. This bar was a pleasant surprise that came packaged with a cute thank you card and a poster.

This bar is a great length and weight. Perfect for small spaces. The build quality is good, and it works as it should. It is comfortable to use. I would buy from this company again. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Nunca dejo opiniones de los productos que compro, pero… solamente digo que esta barra es un auténtico espectáculo. Giras los extremos y los rodamientos NO se escuchan absolutamente nada, increíble, en serio, no como los rodamientos de la barra Diamond. Compré la barra recta de 120 cm para press banca. Muy buena compra.
