EXCELLENT ICE PACKS
First... They are pretty big.Second... they hold the cold for a long time.I'm an old jock... been through every pain out there. This ice pack is superior to anything in the drug stores.Definitely worth the money.

This is good for tendinitis. Help your swelling. I would say that they freeze in a timely manner, and I just wrap a bandanna around the ice pack and place it on my skin. I like how long these ones are because it covers the entire forearm and wraps around the arm. I didn’t notice though the writing on the packet does come off. I was wearing white nail polish and when it touched the plastic the blues writing came off on it

They freeze as hard as a rock and needs to sit out a while in order for them to be applied comfortably.

Great Product
Exactly what I was looking for. Gel is super cold that's lasts. Doesnt freeze too much that is too stiff, still pliable and contours around body parts. Nice size, not too small like most.
