Squats made easy!
The media could not be loaded. This was exactly as described. It is very sturdy and there are several exercises you can do. You can definitely build a bigger booty on this machine! I always struggled to do squats but with this I can do them with ease. No pain in the knees. It can easily fold and is not too heavy! Definitely worth the money!

Versatile and great for the price
This is a very sturdy and useful piece of workout equipment. I would've given it two stars because it was packaged poorly and slightly damaged. In the description, it said I love the variety of exercises I can do with this bench. Obviously I use it for sissy squats and hip thrusts, but also lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and bridges with elevated feet. For the last one I recommend placing a balance pad by the foot plate so you can lay down comfortably. Then place your feet on the resting pad to do your bridges from there. There are also these rings on the side between the handles that no one mentions, so you can attach some resistance bands for even more variety of exercises. I'm sure I can attach a tubing resistance band on one side, put an ankle attachment on and do kick backs or maybe even donkey kicks. I've also used long loop resistance bands while doing sissy squats and lunges. You can really take advantage of this thing and do some pretty advanced exercises if you know how to use it. It's small and easy to take apart if you don't have room to store it.

So far but the bands are trash!
The media could not be loaded. Putting the machine together was OK it did come with regular. Literature and pictures which is great. I like to read what I’m doing. However, once I put the machine together, I did not like the resistant bands. There are two of them. They’re the same length, which was a little confusing, but OK and they’re not resistant their limited and when I say limited, they only stretch so far. Once you thrust forward, the bands actually stop you at a certain height, which is ok for a beginner. If I’m not mistaken, I thought I said heavy stretch. It feels more like 15 pound resistance. They most definitely for the price could change the bands, and make the item worth purchasing.I haven’t had it long enough to address how sturdy or not so sturdy it is but I’m hoping for the best.I hope this information was helpful

You have to get this one it has lifetime warranty
This product is very sturdy, and they have videos. I am so impressed. You can workout your whole body. They have found a way so you can perfectly aligned for hip thrust and squats. You can use weights also for other exercises it gets your heart rate up. I was having sciatica, and it is hard for me to sit down , without radiating pain down my legs. Sofas are my enemy. Last night I sat down, and I had no issues no pain no radiating pain. I got a good night sleep, without waking up in pain.. this is also a space saver you really do not have to fold up it does not take up much space.. bye bye bulky machines. I have a full body workout that I do in the comfort of my home. Lifepro you are a winner 🏆 you won the prize always keeping us moving and healthy when our bodies do not want to. I am 60 years old and have had surgeries if I can do it so can you. Be the best you!!

Beware of buying
Was easy to put together, but didn’t feel sturdy. After a couple uses the weld holding the back piece to the base broke.

Good product but the bands for hip thrusting do not work well
I love the frame and structure of this product overall and was not bad at all to assemble, however the bands it comes with do not allow for full hip extension where you get the best gluteal muscle contraction. I bought this specifically for an easy way to hip thrust at home, but the bands aren't remotely long enough for optimal form, at least for me at about 5' 10" and at the top of my hip thrust I am left with about 30 degrees of hip extension and the bands aren't remotely long enough to lock out. I wish they sold longer bands or had alternatives because that is the one downside I've found in the week I've owned this product. Otherwise, it is fantastic for sissy squats and Bulgarian split squats.

Instructions not clear
What good is instructions when the parts are not labeled like in the instruction booklet? Confusing as hell to figure out which bolt or clip goes where. Not to mention they are all different sized pieces.
