I was Leary initially after reading reviews. The instructions are crystal clear one can only assume some folks didn't read them hence the poor reviews. Fits perfectly. Take your time with each step. Perfect results.

This is not my first rodeo with screen protectors. This one started coming off within a few days of application. So I contacted Zagg and they told me I would have to pay shipping on a replacement but finally agreed to give me a credit for the shipping. That was in late May 2023 and I have NOT received a replacement yet. After sending me a replacement order confirmation, NOW they are coming back and wanting proof that I purchased the screen protector. For the money they charge for a shoddy product, they should hand deliver the new protector and apologize profusely for a total lack of customer service. I will NEVER again buy an OVERPRICED Zagg product now that I know they will not stand behind what they sell.

When I got it, I picked it up and initially was like "this is NOT going to protect my screen" but my friend was adamant that it was good so I applied it anyway. First of all, it was SO easy to install. Just....don't be like me and make sure it's not upside down. Foolish. Anyway, it fits amazingly and as long as you follow the instructions it will go on straight. There were some bubbles I couldn't get out at first but they're gone now. If your screen isn't perfectly clean it will have permabubbles though. There's no issues with fingerprint functionality and it's super smooth, like nothing is on the phone. Best of all, I have SPIKED my phone by accident like 5 times since I got it, twice it hit a hard corner. NOTHING. Not even a scratch. It's like nothing ever happened to it. Considering it's saved my phone from screen death many times, I think it's absolutely worth the price considering.

I tried tempered glass protectors on my S23 and they would regularly break. The fist ZAGG I put on started lifting from the bottom right corner and I had nonissues getting a replacement from ZAGG I just had to pay for shipping. The replacement has been holding up well with no issues so far. It fits well with my Otterbox Defender case as well.

We ALWAYS use Zagg screen protectors (on multiple devices). We have NEVER had a problem in all these years. Until now. (And I always follow the directions. . . )I affixed the screen protector immediately upon opening the new phone box.There are several small bubbles that I cannot squeegee out or rub out with the cloth. (Much time spent rubbing)Some of the edges are not quite sticking. (It's not a case blockage issue.)Every fingerprint shows up. (I test-compared it against the old phone, and it IS different.)WORST of all, I went to the Zagg site, logged in, and looked for support. No form, no email, no phone number. No way to contact them at all except to return. Likewise with the Zagg site here on Amazon. Can't talk to them.The website has a return process, but CAN these be removed??!! (I'll ask Prof. Google when I'm done here.)Hopefully this low rating will get their attention and they will get back to me. Fingers crossed!P.S. to other rater. I didn't have any problems with the case or orientation, but you DO have to be sure that the end with the camera cutout is in the right place. I'm not sure if that might have been the issue? Also, I had a little trouble getting the "sheet" over the bottom 2 pins, but it lined up just fine when I applied it.

My Samsung cell has been a challenge to get a screen protector for. I tried several different "unbreakable" glass ones, no good. For 4 orb5 times as much hoped this would different. It is. I hasn't and I don't think it can or will break. After careful cleaning there were still particles trapped leaving air bubbles. Running and time have reduced 5 or 6 to two. The edges have "snagged" leaving blemishes. For the elevated cost I had hoped for no issues. That wasn't the case. The screen remains clear, unscratched, and protected. Maybe I was hoping for too much.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Zagg screen protector and warranty. I registered the screen protector for the warranty the day I got it. I put the protector on just as the instructions said. The inevitable happened on day 8 of having my new phone and I dropped it. It wasn't from a high height, maybe 3.5 feet and as you see it busted the protector and the screen. I received my replacement phone super quick through the phones warranty plan. I have tried to call and go to the website for Zagg about the warranty on the screen protector and to no avail I cannot get ahold of anyone. Almost $70 for this screen protector and warranty and it was for nothing. I have searched my emails to try to find the confirmation of the warranty from registering it and cannot find nothing. Super disappointed and even a little mad about this experience. I was told this was one of the best screen protectors by the phone company when I bought the phone. I should have just bought it directly through Verizon and I would have had the problem of trying to get a new screen protector. I will not buy another one from this compamy.

I've always used Zagg products for 10 years now. I'm really disappointed with this one. When removing the protective film, a string of adhesive went with it and stuck to the screen protector. It looks like a clear hair across the screen of my fresh out of the box phone. Worst yet, the edges aren't sticking and I haven't even put a case on yet. For the price, I was hoping it would be the same quality I've always trusted. I'm optimistic this is a faulty one and I can hopefully get a replacement. I will update my review then.

I can see clearly now - all of the grey clouds have gone away! Good product - does what it says and arrived promptly. Easy to install.
