ONE OF AN ENGINEERS GREAT TOOLS TO KEEP IN YOUR BOX
I RECALL BUYING A TUBE OF THIS SO MANY YEARS AGO, IT LASTS SUCH A LONG TIME THAT I THINK I HAD MY LAST TUBE OVER 55 YEARS. IF YOU ARE ASSEMBLING SAY A DIFFERENTIAL, YOU REALLY DO NEED THIS TO SHOW THE MESH OF THE CROWN WHEEL AND PINION. IT HAS SO MANY OTHER USES AS WELL, BUT ALWAYS KEEP A TUBE IN YOUR TOOLBOX, IT WILL BE THERE FOR YOUR LIFETIME, AND IT DOES NOT SEEM TO EVER GO OFF EITHER!

So much easier than the tin
I bought the tin a couple of months ago, which seemed better value for money than the tube. But then I realised that all the reviewers of the tin who said they couldn't open it were 100% correct! Doesn't matter how cheap it is if you can't open the sodding thing. By comparison, this is much easier to use but I suspect it's not going to last very long.

Excellent quality, really vibrant with lots of pigment
This is a great quality engineering blue, it’s very highly pigmented so it’s easy to see and the tube makes it nice and easy to use. Excellent value as this will last me for decades.

Good quality non-drying engineer's blue
I used it for checking fit of a MT3 taper adapter in a Chinese mini-lathe spindle. A tube is less messy than a tub when you only want a small quantity of blue at a time. Worked exactly as expected and confirmed most of the runout was due to a damaged spindle tape

This is not marking blue
Bought this for marking out steel work but it doesn't dry and remains waxy so may be intended to indicate surface to surface contact areas. I probably didn't read the tech spec properly!

Great for checking how accurate your tools are
I used this to check how much wear was in the vintage milling machine I acquired... It was a lot! Using this stuff I was able to get it back to useful and put it to work :)
