It seems to have done the trick.
I used it on a pet Pheasant that showed signs of mite or lice infestation. She was lifting her leg high underneath her on alternate steps and losing some neck feathers. The stuff didn't kill her, which is a bonus, and the exaggerated leg movement has all but disappeared, so I reckon it was the correct treatment. She now won't let me anywhere near her, which is understandable.

Amazing results, happy birdy!
I did not know if my African Grey had mites or not, but for a long time now she has been pecking all flight feathers off her right wing. I had a different mite spray before and I let it lapse when it ran out so I hadn't treated her for some time. Since using this she has been a different bird. She hadn't been chewing her toys for a long time either or being particularly cuddly. Suddenly she is destroying the house, so much happier, coming down for cuddles, and has all but stopped chewing her wing feathers. 3.5 weeks after the first treatment she started nibbling at them again so I gave her the second dose once the 4 weeks was up and she hasn't touched them since. Much happier bird. Will continue to monitor her and use this product as necessary. She did not like the pipette being administered to the nape of her neck, but the second time was easier (starting to associate it with feeling better?) and it is a darn sight easier than using a spray which you have to spray them all over but avoid their eyes! Five stars.
