Never going to the waxing salon again !
The product is easy to use. Although, the heating process is not fast. Overall, there are plenty waxing strips and it's very nice to use.

Doesn't Work
I don't know what it is or why but this product does NOT work. I tried multiple times and different areas of my legs for over 20 minutes and all it did was hurt, all my hair is still there.

Kinda oky
The heating is too slow although the wax is good but , one bottle for one leg. So its not worth the price

Pretty good product
This product gets the job done, and is pretty easy to use. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes a minute to melt the wax. It’s understandable though, because it’s a block of wax, however it’s one that must stay plugged in. For that, it’s kind of an inconvenience as I couldn’t really move around, and couldn’t go a long time without it plugged in.Lastly, nothing to really do with the operation of the item, but if you plan on using it on your legs, and you’re tall like me, expect to use a whole cartridge of wax. It goes quick, and I didn’t even waste any.

Easy to Use
Whether you are experienced at waxing for hair removal or wanting to try it at home, this kit makes the process so much easier. This is also much less expensive than going to the salon. Since the wax is in a cartridge that is warmed to the correct temperature in the roll on applicator, you don’t have the mess that you would using a wax pot and the wood spatulas to apply. It is important for the wax to be the correct temperature for effective hair removal also and this takes the guesswork out of it. I like that the kit contains everything you need - two different sizes of strips and after-wax wipes to remove any residue and calm the skin. Also, the instructions included are very easy to understand and follow. I think it is really good that they also have a sheet with information on what to do if you have any of the reactions some people get from waxing. This will be my go-to from now on. My old wax pot is going in the trash!!

Well I had good expectations but I feel disappointing because it came without cap i not sure if will work without it.

Cheap junk
Cheap junk. Does not work. Was not able to take the top of the roller off to use. Go to a waxing salon instead.

Consistent and easy to use
This wax kit comes with: 10 after care wipes, a large number of wax strips both large and small, a user guide, a skin reaction guide, heating device with 3ft power cord, aloe vera wax cartridge, honey wax cartridge-30 min to heat up. Once it's warmed up, roll the wax onto a strip to make sure the wax is evenly distributing-To remove hair: You can put the wax directly on your skin followed by a strip or you can apply the wax onto the strip then apply the strip to your skinPros:- wax distributed well- easy to use- almost all of the hair was removed in a single passCons:-aftercare wipes didn't remove all the waxOverall this is one of the better roller wax heaters I've used. The wax was easy to roll out and maintained its temperature well.
