Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB, Deep Purple - (Renewed)

This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Amazon as I usually buy them from a well known auction site. The last time I purchased I had problems with phone getting blocked or refusing to activate so decided to try Amazon who have a fantastic no worries guarantee. The reason I picked this phone is that it’s cheaper than the latest generation of 15 Plus phones but sports a promotion 120hz display which makes a big difference in day to day use. And still works out cheaper to boot. The phone arrived in the suppliers generic packaging which was disappointing but as described. Delivery was prompt with next day following the bank holiday weekend. Phone was well protected and in flawless condition and delivered by courier exactly in the agreed timeframe. It was practically new refurbished like the type you receive from Apple if you’ve ever received a replacement through warranty or AppleCare. No scratched or scuffs at all. Battery health was at 99%. Phone itself worked perfectly and activated with no issues. I’d definitely use this seller again as the description is reliable. Only downside was the manky white charging cable provided with the phone. It’s functional but very dirty and old. Luckily most of us have MagSafe alternative chargers.

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb excellent condition. it has a small scratch on the screen but isn’t visible unless you really look for it and when screen is on, you can’t see it at all. the phone is at 83% battery health, but on a full charge the phone battery lasts me almost 2 days. Excellent condition is said to have a minimum battery health of 80% and no visible scratches when viewed from 12 inches so the phone is exactly as described. Overall positive experience so Im happy with this purchase as there is nothing wrong with the phone and all parts are genuine

I purchased this refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max for £500 expecting a professionally refurbished device with decent-quality components. After Christmas and New Year, the battery performance began to drop significantly, which I understand can happen with older phones. I initially took it to a local repair specialist in Leeds (iPatch) just for a routine battery replacement, as I rely heavily on my phone for work. However, when the phone was opened, the technician found that a very poor-quality aftermarket screen had previously been fitted and it was already starting to separate. This was likely the cause of the screen intermittently going blank when the phone was moved. As a result, I ended up needing both a new screen and battery, costing around £300 — over half the original purchase price. I appreciate that refurbished phones often contain replacement parts and that batteries naturally wear out over time. But at this price point, I would have expected better-quality refurbishment and components that lasted longer than a few months. If you’re considering buying refurbished, I would recommend checking exactly what standard of refurbishment is being offered and factoring in the potential need for a battery replacement on phones of this age. Buyer beware.

it’s really good quality came in excellent condition, phone itself is clean, scratch free and looks brand new. connected to my other phone well and downloaded everything promptly. feels just like a brand new phone out the shop. however the protection and safety of the phone isn’t great. it came in a tight wrapped box with no bubble wrap. actual protector for the phone so if it was dropped or broken it was just in an open box. so the protection definitely needs to be there as it’s an expensive item and fragile. my second issue is the battery life has arrived with 85% usually refurbished phones are over 93% especially in excellent or pristine condition therefore they probably aren’t getting new batteries. overall the phone itself works well doesn’t overheat quickly and looks good. i’ve only had it for a day so far

Bought as a birthday gift for my 19 year old. She has been using it for 3 weeks and everything is working as it should. She is very happy with the quality of the camera which was something that was important to her with regards to getting a new phone. Despite the phone being refurbished and the battery charging capability being lower than a new phone its working well and does everything that a new phone would provide. Defective worth buying refurbished rather than paying twice the price for new. Would highly recommend this seller who was upfront and honest about the phones condition and was selling it at a very good price when compare to other outlets selling similar products. Thank you.

La verdad todo súper con el móvil la batería venia con el 89% y todo bien lo usé 2 semanas y se puso en negro la pantalla cava de recalcar la pantalla luego se puso bien pero me dio miedo y tuve que devolverlo, el vendedor muy amable me solucionó y estoy esperando el rembolso para volver a comprarlo porque me parece de buena calidad solo que tuvo un fallo la pantalla por lo demás le doy un 100 por eso las 5 estrellas

Lavoro di notte è perfetto ha tutta la durata che serve per chi come me ha bisogno di batteria e prestazioni Le foto sono di oggi, dopo aver stressato di molto il telefono potete vedere che la capacità è scesa un pochino ed è normale, ricordo che le batterie degli iPhone SE tenute con una ricarica al massimo fino all 80 % e mai sotto il 10% hanno un tasso di usura della batteria vicina allo 0 Complimenti al venditore e ad Amazon

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, ein generalüberholtes iPhone zu kaufen. Aber dann dachte ich mir, probiere es doch einfach aus. Zurückschicken bei Nichtgefallen wird durch Amazon ja ausdrücklich angeboten - und das statt der üblichen 30 Tage für ein ganzes Jahr lang. Zudem folgte ich der Vermutung, dass sofern man ein entsprechendes Gerät im Zeitraum Oktober, November, Dezember sucht, ein Telefon erhält, welches dann maximal ein Jahr in Gebrauch gewesen sein dürfte. Viele wechseln in dieser Zeit auf das aktuellere iPhone 15 - Nachfolgermodel und tauschen ihre vorherigen Modelle dann ein. In meinem Fall entschied ich mich für ein iPhone 14 Pro Max mit der 1 TB-Variante in schwarz für 1.295,- €. Im Ergebnis kann ich mit dem Gerät und dem Preis sehr gut leben. Das Gerät befand sich in einem top Zustand, ohne Blessuren und einer Akkukapazität von 96 %. Was mich noch positiv überrascht hat, war, dass das Gerät noch fast über ein ganzes Jahr über AppleCare+ verfügt. Dafür zahlt man beim iPhonekauf zusätzliche 299,- €. Und für die restliche Gültigkeit kann man, wenn man so will, noch einen kleinen Bonus im Wert über 150,- € ansetzen. Den Kundenservice des Telefon-Verkäufers „Zoxs“ habe ich mittels einer kurzen Rückfrage ebenfalls ausprobiert und erhielt von diesem nach kurzer Zeit eine sehr zufriedenstellende Antwort. Ein iPhone-Kauf ist meines Erachtens Vertrauenssache, da es sich um eine nicht unerhebliche teure Investitionen handelt. Ich bin, wie gesagt, sehr zufrieden mit dem erhaltenen Gerät und kann aufgrund meiner gemachten Erfahrung dazu ermuntern, es mit einem gebrauchten Gerät zu versuchen. Natürlich muss man aber immer im Blick haben, dass es bei einem Gebrauchtkauf auch immer ein bisschen Glückssache ist, welches Gerät man letztendlich erhält. Meines Erachtens kann man sich an der Verkäufereinschätzung, hinsichtlich des Gerätezustands, aber recht gut orientieren. Was ich abschließend noch mit auf den Weg geben kann, ist, dass das gleiche von mir erworbene Gerät im Dezember 2023 bei O**o (Hamburg) als Neugerät für 1.649,- € angeboten wird. In meinem Fall kann ich entsprechend von einem Ersparnis von 355,- € reden. Das vergleichbare Nachfolgemodell (iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB) kann man bei Amazon ab 1.909,- € erstehen.
