These were exactly what I was looking for! They are comfortable, good beginning weights and seem to be well made and should last. Highly recommend adding a stand! I did not and I made the mistake of setting one up against edge of desk and it creased the soft rubber coating. My stupid mistake.

Good for squats/lunges and circuit training, but it would be so much better if they made these bars adjustable.

I added these to my chiropractic rehab practice. They have very frequent use and the foam is holding up well. I like the easy to read weight indicated as well as the squared off end caps so that they won't roll or slip while storing and using. The length is perfect for offset handholds and multiple axis of use.

These light weight bars are prefect for rehabilitation following shoulder surgery at home.
