This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.

Bought this due to tennis elbow and I am not disappointed. This has helped greatly in my recovering process, allowing the entirety of my elbow to be surrounded for cooling. Very happy to recommend.

So I have really bad tennis elbow, and I got annoyed always holding an ice pack on my arm, so this sleeve really interested me, something you could just slide on and leave it, this product has the right idea however I don’t like that the squares move and shift around and overlap each other. So it’s more annoying to wear. You have to keep fixing the squares in order to get complete cold coverage so I’ll be going with a different product with a similar sleeve. As for the cold therapy, it’s just OK.
