Gave it 5 stars, working well but comes with no fitting instructions and have a piece left over so I presume it covers another model of vehicle as well

Easy to fit however poor quality parts plastic rod lasted one go before c shaped connector snapped Very weak flimsy part

A good replacement.
I had the dreaded bonnet release break on my car. After watching a few YouTube vids I worked out how to open the bonnet. It wasn't that hard but do be careful. So I opted for this and thought after reading the reviews why not give it a go. For the money you pay it does seem very good value. I did also fit the release catch that came with it and the quality of the product surprised me in a good way. The actual locking arm itself after clipping to the balls (for want of a better word) seemed a good and fairly sturdy fit. Since fitting I have opened my bonnett 10+ times and it seems ok. I am wary of it though so when opening I do tread with caution. How ever as of yet I have not felt any sign of it weakening. I guess time will tell with this as with most things. So far I can only recommend. :-)

Life saver
Managed to change the lock and now works perfectly. The lock does get jammed at times but a little WD40 and it’s as good as new!

Bought to replace the latch and lock kit on my Ford Focus convertible. Easy to install and functions perfectly. Highly recommended.

Snaps instantly!
One of the parts snapped instantly, very very poor quality plastic. Can't even get a refund without sending product back, which I can't get out as my bonnet STILL doesn't open!! Don't waste your money, get something better quailty. I've learnt my mistake.
