Delicate, crumbly & sweetly fragrant!
These true Ceylon cinnamon sticks are a delight. They have thin, crumbly rolls unlike cassia, and I’ve tried to capture their texture in the picture. The moment you open the packet, home smells like a bakery in December. I even ground the smaller broken pieces for instant use, the aroma is incredible, subtle and lasting. The sticks are delicate and brittle, so handle them gently if you want them to stay pretty for display. A lovely addition to baking, tea, coffee, or simply for their warm, comforting scent. Truly impressed with the quality!
