This Photo Frame is AWESOME especially for $60! I got this product because my 13 year old dog recently passed on and my family was having a hard time coping with the loss (they are like family after all) and we agreed that a good way to preserve his memory was to put some images of the family photos and videos in a common area where we could see him in his happy life. This helped greatly, everyone smiles when they see photos of the family interacting with him and I think it's helping us move on. Pros: 1. It's easy to set up with step by step instructions 2. Supports common image formats, .Jpg, PNG etc. & Video .MP4 etc and you can default it to mute video when it plays them. 3. The online app is simple to use and allows you or other family members to send images to the device from smart phones. (android & apple) 4. Has 16 GB of internal storage memory but will also display photos and video directly from an external SD card. I have a 32GB in mine making it a combined 48GB! 5. The screen is a touch screen so you can cycle through your photos by swiping left or right and has Date/Time/Local Weather features. 6. Screen Clarity and resolution are awesome and uses a standard 1280X800 Pixel Per Inch which means images are clear and high resolution. 7. Settings are simple and clear to understand. 8. If you are security minded you don't have to connect this device to the internet or even use the mobile app for it to work right out of the box, though I suggest you connect it once to get any recent software updates. It only needs internet for Date Time/Weather/Temp and mobile app functions but runs great with out it. Cons: Not really any big cons with this item at all. There are some areas of improvement and that's more with the technical specs and documentation more than anything. for example: 1. There is no mention in the booklet of the different file formats it will read but it will read your standard JPG, PNG, MP4 etc. 2. IMPORTANT: If you are having trouble reading from the SD card check your format and make sure it's pushed in all the way. There is no mention in the booklet of what format to use for your microSD, I went with FAT32 as it is the most common format that android devices are capable of reading. Also it is spring lock so you need to push the SD card ALL the way in until you hear/feel it click into place, some people may not do that and then complain that it isn't reading the card. It also doesn't say what size limitations it has for SD card, is 32GB the most or can you add up-to a 64GB? It also doesn't seem to have any issue with Brand or speed of SD card but used a high speed 10 rating card that was cheap off brand and it works. 3. The device will only ask you to Play/Download media when the SD card is inserted while it's on with a popup message, but I didn't see any other way to do this from a menu or setting incase you miss the popup. It would be nice so you don't have to eject and re-insert the SD card to see it again. 4. I got the corded version for this model, but when you first turn on the unit there's a big orange warning telling you NOT to unplug the device while it's running and to always use the power button to shut it down, but what happens if you lose power? There is a version that has a battery and a power cable and that's a better fail-safe incase of power loss. That's pretty much it, I have not had this device long, we will see how well it holds up and if I find any issues later I will update my post.

I highly recommend this frame for yourself or as a gift to give but if you get one for yourself go ahead and get another one as a gift to give! I got this frame for myself. It is so easy to set up and to add pictures to. I love the touch screen where you can navigate the settings to have the frame automatically turn on in the morning and turn off in the evening as well as many other features. You can also hang the frame on the wall vertically or horizontally Which I really like that feature, as well as set it on the counter. When your friend downloads the app you then send them a code and they can easily send pictures at any time just Like sending a photo to an individual but you just choose Your friends frame and it directly goes to their frame. I enjoyed and love this frame so much that I gave 4 as gifts and we all are friends and can send pictures to each other’s frame. It’s so cool to see new pictures pop in from my friends who have the app or frame As well. The 32 GB memory is very nice and you have the ability to download pictures from your computer to the frame. I believe this frame is well worth the money. I hope that you get one and I know you will love it!

I used this as a valentines gift for my wife. Uploaded multiple pictures and set a background song that was perfect. She loved it. Easy setup. Well constructed. Easy to navigate and control.

I purchased this This Jazeyeah 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Picture Frame, Smart Electronic Digital Photo Frame with Free Storage and 1280 * 800 Touch Screen, Aug 26, 2024. This Jazeyeah uses Uhale app through your phone to operate this frame. There is no USP Port to load photos. There is a mini SD slot that I didn't attempt to use. At first it worked fine. The Uhale app is pretty straight forward, similar to others I've used. Then, I started getting a prompt on the screen to update. No photos could run until this prompt was cleared. Then January 2, 2025 I got sick of clearing the prompt and thought I had better allow the update. The first photo is a picture of the screen after the so-called update. REBOOT SYSTEM NOW is clearly highlighted. I powered the unit down, unplugged it, powered the unit up again and again, about 5 times. This is a touch screen, only one button, the power button. The screen was unresponsive, I had no way to select any other option. This is clearly an OS problem that began with a corrupted update. I contacted Uhale via email, sent a picture of the screen and explained it began with an update. They told me to unplug the unit or try another plug. And if that didn't work, it was a hardware problem and they don't do hardware. I had explained that I had done that multiple times. Obviously they didn't read my text or they don't know their unit and sent me a canned message. I messaged again and said that it was a software problem and can they send me the OS that I could possibly reload the system. The answer was, nope, that is part of the device's system and they only do the software application. Plenty good, except "Uhale" is the only name on the frame. I went back to Amazon to attempt to message Jazeyeah, the listed seller, unsuccessfully, as Amazon ships and interfaces for Jazeyeah. Of course, the 30-day window for return is closed. For this unit, there is no option for repair or servicing. I tried to manually reset the system. Like many other devices, this is done by sticking the end of a paperclip into a tiny pin hole at the back of the unit. The result was the second picture shown. Total corrupted OS. In the day, before touch screens and windows, we would have cleared off the junk and reloaded the OS. Don't get me wrong; I appreciate modern technology, its just that so much stuff that has potential for repair ends up in the land fill. I got 4 months and 6 days use out of this digital frame. Yes, it was on sale, but not worth the hassle.

Its about a week that I installed the photo frame even though I got the delivery from Amazon in the last week of Dec’24. So far its working good. It can function both in landscape and portrait mode. Picture quality is good. Easy to install. Bigger screen size. There is one problem that all on a sudden the settings page appears on the screen and it stays for sometime. I need to restart the frame and only then the problem goes away. And I wish there was music accompanying the display! The manufacturer may consider it.

Intenté con tarjeta y directo a la computadora pero sólo pude cargar las fotos desde la aplicación web. Las pegué en la carpeta correcta, pero no las leyó el software del marco :/ Lo demás funciona bien. EDICION: A los 4 meses hubo una actualización del software y el equipo ya no funcionó, mandé correos a Uhale, al de manufactura y a otros que me dijeron y nada. NO lo compren y si ya lo tienen NO lo actualizen.

I purchased this photo frame 3weeks ago and I can say it is just amazing. It has all the features which I was expecting. Wifi enabled, USB & SD CARD SUPPORT. Touch screen feature is seamless. I purchased it to have my baby girl photos on slideshow and we all are enjoying it now, even she also. Good gift for old people or parents who are staying alone to have their memories refreshed spent in the past with their loved ones.
