Great for muscle recovery, not as sore from gym. And great appetite Suppressant!

I have taken the powder l-glutamine before, so I can recognize the effects as far as being able to tell whether this is comparable. It seems to do the job. I primarily use this for gut health (gut lining rebuilding from mold exposure), as well as preventing muscle wasting. But I also get anxiety from taking l-glutamine—a known potential side effect—so I have to weigh the pros and cons for this supplement (I am one of those people sensitive to MSG, and glutamine metabolizes to glutamate, causing this issue). I only take one pill instead of two, and that seems to keep things manageable while still getting the benefits. It'd be nice if I could take the full dose, but just one pill puts me in the borderline area for anxiety levels. Not the fault of this company—if anything, this shows that it's working. I think this is a decent value for what you get, especially liposomal delivery. Much more convenient than the powder. If you're not sensitive to MSG, I highly recommend this one. If you are like me, though, it's a pros and cons thing. Unless you have serious gut lining issues, I'd tend to say it's not worth it. I'll stop taking this as soon as I've gotten more gut health stability, but that's for me as an individual and not the fault of this company/product.

This Codeage L-Glutamine 1000mg Supplement is my son's choice for muscle recovery. This excellent supplement potent and effective for him, especially after his exercises at their school gym. He's been using it for weeks already. For him, it is easy to swallow and has no after-taste. The texture and color of the content looks white-clean and processed well. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it and the flavor is neutral. In his experience, it has helped him recover fast from being tired. However, on my part, my recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I am not new to this brand being a big fan of their teen fermented multi for my kids and I actually take their selenium every day, I find Codeage to be a very trustworthy company with high quality effective products. I had been buying another brand for my L-glutamine needs, but then I saw this and decide to try it. I was happy to see liposomal delivery and 1000mg is the serving I was looking for and 500mg per capsule is pretty standard. I like that there are no other fillers or anything too. Sunflower seed oil while a little inflammatory as an omega 6 is still a better choice than soy oil and I was glad that it was non-GMO sunflower. I can only imagine that the amount of sunflower seed oil that is in this is not enough to really be terribly inflammatory. This L-glutamine beyond being a quality one is also a great value for 90 days and even more so right now with a 30% off coupon making it a killer deal. Love this product.

Any time you see liposomal on a supplement it means you are going to reap the benefits of that product much better than if it were not liposomal. They have encapsulated the product inside very small fat like particles, in this case, non GMO sunflower oil. L-Glutamine is a great supplement to take after having surgery as it helps you recover faster. It also helps you recover from a hard workout. I think this supplement by Codeage is a great way to get the benefits of L-Glutamine and much easier than using a powder. Each bottle is giving you 3 months supply so it is an excellent buy at less than $35 a bottle. L-glutamine also helps bolster your immunity, which is something we can all use. It's vegan, will absorb into your body better than regular L-glutamine and the capsules are easy to take. Great product in my opinion!

I had been using l glutamine and powder form. It was a tasteless brand and I would mix it in with my berry smoothie after a workout. I've been taking this supplement for the last 5 days and it works great. Much easier than having to get a scoop and mix it into a smoothie. This way. If I miss a smoothie I can still get my l glutamine after a good workout without having to mix it with water. I definitely recommend this supplement and it's helped with my muscle recovery and less soreness from my workouts.
