Very easy to use
I’m new to resistance band workouts,but it’s very easy to use.Takes up next to no space.can still get a good workout.

Second band has snapped now in just five weeks

It broke....less than 3 months in
It broke after 3 months. Really disappointing. I was doing a row with it and it snapped. Wouldn't recommend if it breaks this quickly. Edit: After contacting them, they sent me a replacement bench press set within 2 days. I'm still disappointed it broke, but I'm pleased with their quick and responsive customer service. Upgrading the review to 4 stars because I really like the equipment, hopefully this band set proves more resilient!

No good quality
If it were possible I wouldn't give any stars. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product, I do not recommend this device to anyone. It is a very fragile device, because I am a beginner user. After a month of training, two bands broke. I used the product according to the product specification, and it turns out that a month of training cost me almost 100 pounds. the possibility of returning the product has passed after 30 days from purchase and I have no possibility of complaint
