Used these for the first time on a 100 mile ultra. Took one tablet every 3 miles. I didn't get cramps and did not have any muscle spasms post race, which I have with other hydration strategies and products. The flavor is pretty bland so I didn't get flavor weary which happens with stuff that is sweet, making it hard to stomach after a while. The tablet is the size of and dissolves like an antacid, which is fine for me. I would highly recommend.

Good variety of flavors, I actually ended up liking a flavor I would have never tried otherwise. Packets fit in my pocket or in the case of my water bottle. Not super chalky. Kinda tart/sour. But I liked it.

Yummy! These are more like candy, so beware. I love how you can either chew them or suck on them. They last a while if you choose the latter. I instantly feel hydrated after one, but I usually have two since they’re so good!! Does the job on a trail run, bike ride, or just in a hot day when I’m feeling extra thirsty. Amazing product!

What I Like: I've tried two flavors now and they are palatable and convenient. I appreciate the variety pack, which allows me to try them out without committing to a huge shipment of something I might not like. They seem to work well enough when I have spent time outside in the Florida heat and humidity. What I'd Change: The colors are unnecessary. While an argument could be made for flavorings to make on-the-go hydration more palatable, it can exacerbate autoimmune issues in people like me. I'd prefer to leave the colors out.
