For years, these were problematic and buggy products with many flaws, including rapid draining of batteries, getting stuck and bypassing lever movements, etc. But I have bought two of this model and they are perfect. No flaws at all. They also work and last well in both high and very low temperature, under rain and snow. So, I am finally a happy customer.

This is a well built solid lock, that is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately the electronics on mine stopped working after 21 months. I contacted U-Tec only to find out that the warranty on the electronics' expires after 18 months. After several emails back and forth U-Tec agreed to replace my lock at no cost. They delivered the new one in a matter of days, and replacement was very east. The new lock works great. Thanks U-Tec, I appreciate a company that stands behind their products.

Installed lock about a month ago. It was easy to install and looks great. Downloaded and installed U-tec software. Was not able to connect to my wifi at all. It was very hard to connect with the lock. Supples batteries went dead after month and door would not lock. Reolacing batteries solved problem. Newer version of software fixed connextivity problems and allowed firmware update. Lock works good. I am happy with the locks. (I have two).

Owned 2 months Nice heavy product Drops wifi constantly Access point 15' away 42db dedicated 2.4 ssid No issues with any other devices Box says wifi 6 (current apps will not let you) Wasted so much time New beta uhome app no better Fortunately lock still works when it's not connected to wifi Purchased 2 (both drop wifi) Sure hope this gets resolved
