This is my second bottle of Nutrija ECA, my first one was in August of last year and it helped me lose approx 7-8 lbs while gaining some lean muscle mass. It naturally blunts hunger so helps to focus on eating the right type of foods. I ordered this bottle because I need that extra edge to help me get fit and toned. I do a home workout and it helps in staying focused and keeps me going. I’m an avid coffee and green tea drinker so caffeine does not bother me, this is a great supplement and I brought my last bottle to Canada with me because this Indian supplement is far superior than what I can get there. I ordered it one week ago and used it at empty stomach and both caffeine and ephedrine works as a strong pre-workout. It is value for money and it's best substitution of others pre-workout. This supplement really enhanced the strength and gives insane energy. One of the ingredients are asprin and yohimbine HCl will helps you to Brun more fat. But one negative side is somehow it effect on your sleep cycle.
