I recently purchased this automatic soap dispenser and it has completely upgraded my hand-washing experience. I'm giving it a full 5 stars because it excels in every area. First off, the touchless operation is fantastic. It's incredibly responsive, dispensing the perfect amount of soap the moment you place your hand under the sensor. This is not only super convenient when your hands are messy from cooking, but it's also far more hygienic than a traditional pump dispenser. No more touching a pump that everyone else has touched! The design is modern and sleek, and it looks great on my kitchen counter. It doesn't take up much space and blends in perfectly with my other appliances. Refilling it is a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised by how long the batteries last. I've been using it for over a month now with no signs of them running out. It's a small change, but it makes a huge difference in daily convenience and cleanliness. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to make their home a little more modern and hygienic. It’s a fantastic product that works exactly as advertised!

The dispenser is a practical mix of piano black and decent looking stainless. Sensitivity is good and the power button has a good tactile feel to it. Soap dispenses in an adequate amount. The dispenser seems well constructed but is difficult to fill since the fill hole is tiny and creates a vacuum preventing soap from flowing into the dispenser. Dispenser size is small. The most important thing is that it is not prone to false positive dispensing when bombarded with IR from other things in the bathroom. From testing it is using an 840nm IR sensor but the field of view is narrow and short. This means that owners of a Toto bidet with a remote control will not set off this dispenser unless their bathroom is extremely reflective. That's right, you can have hands-free soap and a Washlet in the same bathroom without having to tear apart cheap electronics and solder in a 940nm sensor.

This automatic soap dispenser is a game changer! We were going to opt for one that was more expensive but decided to give this a try and it works just the same, and has more features for a lower price! It’s incredibly easy to set up and start using right away. Makes doing dishes fun and mess free! The soap does not leak out at all. I love that you can see the level of soap in the dispenser. And it holds a good charge. You can adjust the amount of soap that comes out at a time and there is also a self cleaning option that will improve the function if it starts to get clogged at all. Really happy with this purchase!

I like it and it came the next morning after I ordered it best results is to use liquid and soap instead of solid hand soap. It's small but still works well and easy to use! The sensor is very sensitive !

Received this soap dispenser in November 2025. Did the initial charge and to date, has not required a recharge, it does have adjustable soap dispense and have not had any issues. Given we also have Simply Human dispensers in the home, this one hands down beats them, no need to replace batteries, just as easy to refill, motion detection is spot on. Would purchase again when another is needed.

Well constructed, quantity of soap dispensed is adjustable, rechargable battery lasts a long long time, motion sensor for activating dispenser is not too sensitive - just right. Size of dispenser is just right for sitting behind the sink.

When it works, it’s great— touchless when your hands are dirty or soapy. But sometimes it stops working or doesn’t consistently put out the same amount of soap. It doesn’t leak unless you put your hand or a sponge underneath. It does look better than a bottle of dishwashing soap on the sink!
