Nursing report made easy: Includes room for the Pt name , Code status, allergies, admission date. Head to toe assessment, & labs, etc. FYI: Book arrived slightly bent. Overall, the blemish was insignificant.

Not practical for practice
As others have stated, there’s not enough room for everything you need to write in a day. There should also be a mobility category. And I wish it fit in the pocket of scrubs. The tall version of this is even smaller so it just doesn’t work. It should be one pt per page, not two
