I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so pleased with this that I feel like I need to. I have spent so long trying to find an actual good black lipstick and now I finally have. All others crack and make my lips super dry, but this one doesn’t! This one is an actual lipstick and I love it. Be careful, though, it definitely can be messy just like any lipstick!

This is the best lipstick 💄💋 I've ever tried! I can't believe it's only $2. This actually stays on😲 Lipstick usually only lasts about 20 minutes on me bc I'm always rubbing my lips together I guess but I'm always reappling it. This actually lasts a few hours before I feel like I want to reapply. I love the color it's a perfect nude color. It don't make my lips look or feel dry at all. I'm really shocked honestly. I'm definitely going to buy another shade. The lip liners good to and only $2 I highly recommend.

This is the most gorgeous lipstick I've ever seen. I'm an ELF girl for life. I feel so beautiful in it and it lasts all day long long without smudging. I only had to touch up twice, and even then I didn't really have to because it stayed even when I ate and drank water and coffee. I highly recommend. good price too. I love you ELF!

This lipstick feels like a high-end product. As with most elf products this is an excellent product.I have pigmented lips and this lipstick is full coverage with one swipe. It has no fragrance. It is not transfer proof.I wanted to give this 5 stars, however this was advertised as a satin finish but it is slightly drying to me. With that said I live in a dry state and I have dry lips. I wore it when I traveled to a humid climate and it felt like a true satin finish there.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:One of my favorite lipsticks and color. I will buy it again and again. No questions. It is so soft to put on and feel so comfortable to wear. The color payoff is fabulous and the color is gorgeous.

I wasn’t in the mood to pay $35 for my usual lipstick, so I gambled on an e.l.f. product since I love their eyeshadows. And I am so glad I did! The Smolder offers deep, rich color on with one swipe. My lips didn’t dry out, and it lasts for hours. The container is a lovely, magnetic tube that protects the lipstick and stays closed in my purse. Definitely great quality that offers the luxurious feel of a more expensive product.

I ordered No Regrets, but I do regret it. I guess this colour was pretty much as it looked. It intrigued me, as it seems to combine warm and cool. I have pale olive skin, so neutral/mixed shades on the warm/cool scale are often good for me. This was way too bright, though. I think you would have to have either a deeper complexion or perfectly white skin to pull this one off. Or else a lot of red in your skin. Contrary to the impression in this picture, I do have some colour to my skin. But this lipstick completely overpowers me. I had actually already blotted it twice here. I will not expose the world to the full strength look on me!It is also, hard, dry and drying. The tip is pointy and it is great for drawing precise lines. After I took the picture, I blotted it way down and it was still giving fire engine on me, so I just wiped it off. It came off fairly easily and left a slight stain, which is pretty but still feels bright. This interface is prompting me to write about stickiness. It was not sticky in any way, shape or form. Much too dry for that. Doesn't feel thick on the lips, either, but man it packs a punch! I'm an older lady (as you can clearly see), and I was looking for a moisturizing lipstick in a new colour to pick me up. This was not it, but it could work for someone who likes a dry, matte finish and a really strong colour! Also, I must admit it made my teeth look blindingly white. But given how my face looked, I didn't want to smile.

Oh this is fierce!!! Love the colour, look, feel and overall how moisturising it is! Oh this was surely a good buy; will have this in rotation as it's trying well worth buying. Very happy customer!
