This stuff is super delicious and tastes and feels just like cheese. You can put it on so many different dishes and dip many food items in it. It is very versatile. Also, it’s not too spicy but has just the right amount of kick. I definitely recommend this product even though it seems a little on the expensive side, it is worth the price because it is healthy and made from cashews.

The perfect alternative to cheese. Tastes like cheese, is thick like cheese, and if you can't have dairy, this is the perfect substitute made from cashews. So glad they made it.

I didn't hold out much hope for this. I used it to make bean and cheese nachos. The flavor is not as strong as I'd like. I was hoping for more of a cheddar or american flavor and I was hoping for some spice. So, all in all, it's a decent sauce. I think it would be better if it were used to make a 5 or 7 layer dip. Also, I think it would go well on enchiladas and in burritos.

Maybe mines was expired, and I did remember when I twist to remove the cap, the cap didn't pop, didn't really think anything of it at the time. Did the freshness air out? Who knows! After vigorously mixing, it didn't taste good to me, had a somewhat sour like taste to it. I don't know, just tasted weird. Family members were scared to taste "plant based" foods, so I was unable get an honest second opinion. I did not want to waste more money buying another one to find out if that was the case....Being on a dairy free diet sucks. Trashed it and left dissapointed and unsatisfied again.

When I opened the outer package, inside was a damaged, dripping mess that I managed to toss in the trash can before getting cheese all over the kitchen floor. Completely ridiculous.
