Amazing
I have tried a number of compression shorts (well wasted time and money on compression shorts as there is no try before you buy) but always went back to a normal over trouser groin guard, I don't do MMA but Krav Maga and the transition from warm up and sparring sometimes is blurred so need to wear at all times (if you have ever taken a shot then you will understand). So jogging to floor work to grappling to stand up sparring then to ground again constantly meant slipping, stopping and readjusting or taking a shot when not in place hurts. Thought the price was a bit much until I used for the first time, no slipping very comfortable and then took a full on knee (which wearing anything would have dropped me) but absolutely nothing got through. Just ordered another pair of shorts , to sum up worth every penny

I’m only 5’9 and 72kg so lightweight so I’m not that huge but I ordered a Large and it fits perfect Was going to buy a Medium but thankfully I brought large as the crotch area feels snug but I will say that I did have my missus give me a few jabs there and can’t really feel a thing ! Well worth the money would recommend you buy two sizes and return one that doesn’t fit ! Got no worries wearing this! PUKKA!!

Best on the market
Excellent quality and fit. The cup is very well designed. Compression shorts and straps within the shorts hold the cup perfectly. Super comfy. Cup does not move or get in the way. Perfect for mma, bjj, thai boxing etc.

I have been using Cup Groin and Shorts for 1,5 year. It is very comfortable and easy to put on. Shorts isstill ok after 1,5 year of use.

The cup itself is very strong and the compression shorts really hold everything in place even in the event that one gets a solid strike during martial arts and MMA.
